Purposes: Different forms of exercise,different weight,wear different shoes on the impact of the foot and ankle joints are different.In this paper,the application of three-dimensional dynamometer,telemetry EMG and high-speed camera;to explore different modes of movement,different weight,wear different shoes during the movement of four forms of movement(foot ground peak reaction and EMG)Size relationship,foot-to-time relationship,tibialis anterior muscle and sural and different shoes.For the life and training in the process of rational use of what kind of exercise,which shoes are more conducive to the tibial anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle protection to provide relevant reference.Methods: Six students of physical education in Xi'an Institute of Physical Education were selected.First,5 Km / h walking,7 Km / h run,5 Km / h step and 5 Km / h upper and lower steps were tested.,10 Kg,15Kg,20 Kg go,run,step and step up and down four kinds of sports form of experimental test;Finally,respectively,wearing sports shoes,hiking shoes are not load and weight 5Kg,10 Kg,15Kg,20 Kg go,run,step Step four kinds of sports form experimental test.The three-dimensional dynamometer was used to measure the ground reaction force,and the tibial anterior muscle and gastrocnemius parameters were measured by telemetry EMG.The three cameras were synchronized with high speed camera.Results: 1.Foot touch time: bare foot situation,take 0.8s,run 0.5s,step 0.5s,up and down the step 0.68s;wear sports shoes case,go 0.85 s,run 0.55 s,step 0.53 s,up and down steps 0.77s;wear climbing shoes case,take 0.93 s,run 0.61 s,step 0.6s,up and down the step 0.89 s.2.Foot ground peak reaction force: barefoot case,take 1217 N,run 1504 N,step 2150 N,up and down the stairs 1595N;wear sports shoes case,take 1252 N,run 1595 N,step 1769 N,up and down the step 1514 N.Wearing a mountain shoes case,take the 1273 N,run 1584 N,step 1878 N,up and down the step 1516 N.3.Under different gait with the increase of load,the ground peak reaction force,IEMG and RMS will increase.4.The normalized value of IEMG in the tibialis anterior muscle were: 4.2%,4.15%,6.3%,6.3% in the upper and lower ranks;4.85% in the case of sports shoes,running 4.65%,Up and down the stairs 3.6%;hiking shoes case,take 4.3%,run3.98%,step 4.48%,up and down the stage 3.47%.Gastrocnemius IEMG standardized values were: barefoot case,go 4.7%,running 6.1%,step 7.2%,up and down the stage 5.3%;sports shoes case,take 9.8%,run 6%,step 6.1%,up and down step 8 %;Hiking shoes case,walking 6.2%,running 5.1%,step 5.1%,up and down the bench 6.5%.5.Tibial anterior muscle RMS normalized values were: wearing sports shoes,walking 7.25%,running 6.33%,step 7.53%,up and down the pace of 5.37%;hiking shoes,walking 6.3%,running 5.9%,step 6%,up and down the step 5.17%.The normalized values of the gastrocnemius muscle were: walking 4%,running 2.9%,step 2.93%,up and down the step 5.6%;hiking shoes,walking 8%,running 8.05%,step 8%,up and down the stage 12.2%.Conclusions: 1.Walking,running,step,up and down the four kinds of movement(similar speed),wear the same kind of shoes(bare feet,sports shoes,hiking shoes)foot touch the time the size of the relationship between: walking up and down> step.2.Walk,run,step,up and down the steps of the four gait(similar speed),wear the same kind of shoes(bare feet,sneakers,hiking shoes)under the case of plantar peak pressure size relationship: step> run> The walking force of the ground is about 1.5 times that of body weight,about 2 times,about 2 times,about 3 times.3.The peak response of the foot surface increased,the tibial anterior muscle and gastrocnemius IEMG standardized value showed irregular increase or decrease.That is,the relationship between the magnitude of the peak pressure and the normalized value of IEMG in the anterior tibia and gastrocnemius muscle is irregular.4.Wear the same kind of shoes(sneakers,hiking shoes),walking,running,step,up and down steps(similar speed),wear hiking shoes sports shoes than exercise more conducive to the protection of tibial anterior muscle,Sports shoes exercise is more conducive to protecting the gastrocnemius muscle than hiking shoes.
