Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Long-term walking has a good effect on fitness exercise. In recent years,in terms of fitness gait selection,Nordic walking has become the preferred fitness method for domestic and foreign fitness enthusiasts.Because the posture of the lower limbs during walking is related to the kinematics and dynamic parameters of the joints,it has a certain influence on the joint load of the lower limbs, which is related to the injury of the lower limbs joints. In order to understand whether the kinematics and dynamic parameters of Nordic walking lower limb joints have load effects on the lower limb joints. In this study, the lower limb modeling was compared between Nordic walking and brisk walking through kinematics, dynamics combined with muscle force changes, and the mechanical parameters of the lower limb joints during Nordic walking were analyzed to provide reference for bodybuilders. Methods: 10 male testers were selected to collect data synchronously with Qualisys infrared high-speed motion capture system,AMTI-0.5m three-dimensional force measuring platform and Trignolab 16-channel wireless surface electromyography system, and the Nordic walking and brisk walking were carried out with the help of Open Sin simulation software.Lower limb modeling simulation. The kinematic parameters, kinetic parameters and surface electromyography parameters were extracted to compare the two parameters of Nordic walking and brisk walking.Results:(1)Nordic walking reached the internal rotation of the hip joint in the middle and late stages of support, while walking reached the external rotation of the hip joint rotation angle at the end of support, and there was a significant difference between the two(p P<0.05).(2)At the end of the support period, the difference in the maximum ankle moment of Nordic walking was significant(P<0.05);in the early stage of swing, the difference in the maximum torque of the Nordic walking knee joint was significant(P<0.05).(3)The Nordic walking torque was significantly lower than that of walking in the stage of toe off the ground(P<0.05).(4)During Nordic walking, the length and force of most lower limb muscles were significantly lower than those of walking.(5)During the Nordic walking, the power value and muscle activation of the lower limbs were significantly lower than those of the walking.Conclusion:(1)During Nordic walking, the horizontal movement of the hip joint tends to be internal rotation, and the coronal surface is more inclined to do adduction movement;the flexion Angle of the knee is significantly greater than walking in the early swing, and the swing speed is accelerated to promote the increase of Nordic walking stride.(2)Nordic walking vertical ground reaction force is significantly less than walking, ankle moment is also significantly lower than walking, indicating that Nordic walking can reduce the vertical force on the ground, and reduce the ankle torque, and effectively reduce the movement load of lower limbs.(3)Nordic walking can regulate the amplitude of lower limb muscle length changes, thus regulating the distribution of muscle strength.(4)Nordic walking can reduce the force value of lower limb calf muscles, reduce the power and activation of lower limb muscles, and save power, indicating that Nordic walking can reduce the power output of lower limb muscles.
