Teachers are the main force of school education,the level of their teaching has a direct impact on the quality of school education and the overall level of teachers,and ultimately affect the learning of students.Teaching models as a bridge between teaching theory and practice,the research of it aims to improve teachers' teaching ability,improve students' academic level and promote their all-round development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on teaching models to improve teachers' teaching skills and ensure the effective implementation of effective teaching.However,the teaching models of related research in our country at present,the research about teaching models existing in the number of fruitful,but there are "cheating" phenomenon in quality.Among them,because of the research of the teaching models in our country is more emphasis on the theoretical deduction and the experimental verification because of the long cycle and the difficulty of the operation of the research on practice induction,in addition,many teaching mode research is one dimensional operational research,lack of the formation of the immature teaching models to carry out multidimensional repeated practice and theoretical considerations;In the implementation of the research,many of the research of the teaching models has evolved into the heap of achievements,and there is no effective link between the teacher and the teaching models,the function of many teaching models have not been put into practice.Bruce Joyce's research of teaching models has important enlightening significance in the teaching research field of our country,he has first put forward the concept ?Models of Teaching?,in order to improve the teachers' teaching skills and the teachers' educational curriculum,the teaching model has been explored,he follows the principle of combining theory with practice,and advocates that with the development of education,the exploration of teaching mode is an endless process.The theoretical basis of Bruce's teaching models exploration and the rich practical inquiry experience can provide some inspiration and reference for the improvement of the research in teaching models in china.Bruce's "teaching model" exploration including the basis of realistic foundation,theoretical basis and research conditions,that is the inquiry teaching model under the American education reform movement,under the influence of many educational reform ideological and theoretical support,strong motivation,strong research and technical support team came into being and continued forward.Since 1960 s,more than 40 years of the inquiry of teaching models,the entire inquiry process of Bruce Joyce's teaching models is divided into three periods,the formation period,the improvement period and the perfect period,with the deepening of the research,the concept,the content,the ways and methods,the implementation of the research have been changed in the different development stages.The concept of inquiry is changed from the original intention of improving teacher education curriculum to the promotion of professional development of research teachers and then to the effective combination of teaching models and modern information technology;The content of inquiry is shifted from the internal elements of the teaching models to the efficient operation of the teaching models;The ways,methods and implementation are transferred from traditional theory deduction to the practice induction,through first visiting and learning from the experts of curriculum and teaching,teaching models generators,then by the observation,record,analysis,synthesis,construction,reorganization and validity test of excellent teachers' teaching,until the final formation.The representative researching results Models of Teaching has been updated to the ninth edition,through the interpretation of the structure,content and function of the text,the author analyzes the main ideas,theoretical basis and characteristics of Bruce Joyce's inquiry teaching model.Main points: first,the "teaching mode" is also "learning mode";second,"teaching mode" is constituted by a variety of target mode;third,"teaching mode" is a kind of heuristic teaching situation.The theoretical basis of the four families teaching models: the theoretical basis of social teaching model is the social efficiency of Education,the model of information processing is based on cognitive development theory,the theoretical basis of individual class model is humanism theory,the theoretical basis of behavioral system model is behaviorism theory.The characteristics are as follows: first,the pursuit of the goal of diversity;second,showing the comprehensiveness of the content;third,the practicalness of the ways and methods;fourth,the development of the inquiry processThe exploration of teaching models in our country has a great historical origin with Bruce Joyce's teaching models,at the same time,the core goal of inquire teaching modes between China and the United States is to enhance the teaching ability of teachers and promote the all-round development of students,the common problem is how to make the teaching model play an effective role in practice teaching,therefore,Bruce Joyce's "teaching model" can provide some enlightenment for the research of the teaching models of our country:First,change the concept: inquire the "models for learning " instead of " models for teaching ";Second,the creation of content: inquire the curriculum attached to the teaching design;Third,rich path: explore the teaching model based on the practical wisdom of teachers;Fourth,extended operation: explore the guiding mode of peer training.
