This study focuses on the upgrading of the traditional physical modeling teaching.Building of physical model must be a sure ability for the high school student to have, and they can master a certain of scientific research approach through the model building work. This study based on the modern pedagogy, will integrate the inquiry teaching into physical model building teaching and use the teaching approach of "inquiry modeling interaction of teachers and students" in order to disclose the basic knowledge master by the high school students, influence differences of physical modeling ability and the effective ways and scientific methods of physics teaching.The results of research shows.(1)The inquiry modeling could enhance the student ability of physical model.(2)Different results for different student in different level. ?Obvious effect for the top students in grade one?Obvious effect for the mid-lower level students in grade two.(3)"Inquiry modeling" could enhance the students' basic test operation ability and test design ability.
