The implementation of quality education is an important point of education reform in our country,and it is also an important direction of education reform.Incentive teaching strategy is an important attempt in this area.Incentive teaching tries to motivate students from the positive,to improve the students' learning interest,to change the teaching model for the initiative to students as the main teaching mode,while shaping the students' healthy personality.But because of the research on the incentive strategy,it has not formed a systematic theoretical framework in the classroom teaching.Based on this,this paper takes the application of motivation strategies in junior middle school Chinese education as the research object,and further discusses the application of incentive strategy in junior middle school Chinese education.In the process of writing the use of literature research,case studies and other research methods for the junior high school language teaching in the incentive strategy research,this paper is divided into the following four parts:The introduction,mainly elaborated the domestic and foreign research present situation,to the question proposed background,the research significance,the research mentality and the method and so on content carries on the simple introduction..First,the paper discusses the basis of the application of motivation theory to the teaching of Chinese in junior high school,which is the basis of philosophy,psychology and management.Secondly,features and present situation of the specific analysis of the Chinese classroom teaching in junior middle school,and further analysis of the reasons for the lack of classroom teaching,and necessity of implementing the incentive strategy.Finally,through reading analysis record of the class teacher,language commonly used classroom incentive strategy is proposed.Finally,the incentive strategy is applied to the teaching design of junior middle school.
