| Teacher education is an important approach to promote the professional development of teachers,the practice researches have shown that “case-based teaching” is an effective way to improve the quality of teacher training.Case not only can set up a bridge between theory and practice,but also it encourages teachers thinking in the training.Therefore it can help teachers promote professional ability.The research investigates the high school chemistry teacher of Guiyang about current development of training cases,the data show that cases in the high school chemistry teacher training are poor quality and not enough.What teachers like most about the way of teacher training is “cases analysis”,so,if we want to develop and disseminate the mode of case training,we must develop a large number of cases.On the theoretical basis of teacher professional development theory,adult learning theory and constructivism theory,and based on the investigation about development and usage of cases in Guiyang high school chemistry teacher training,the paper proposes that what we need prepare before,what principles we should based on,and how to develop cases.Finally we developed there cases for teachers study and reference.The research contains five parts.The first part is introduction.It shows the research background,significance,the status at home and abroad and the related concept definition,research methods,etc.The second part is the theory basis of teacher training case development.Exploring the theoretical basis for teacher training case development,it contains adult learning theory,teachers’ professional development theory and constructivism theory.The third part is the investigation about the case development and usage of high school chemistry teacher training in Guiyang.It analysis the basic informations of the high school chemistry teacher of Guiyang,the usage and development of teacher training cases and what the teachers look forward to about teacher training.The survey results show that there is small number poor quality of high school chemistry teacher training cases,at the same time,most of the teachers have not develop case.The fourth part is exploration and practice of the case development.It proposesprinciples and steps of case development,and developed there teaching cases of “battery” “electrolytic cell” and “halogenated hydrocarbon.”at the same time,I put forward some Suggestions about the useage of case resources in teacher training.The fifth part is conclusions.It writes about the problemsin the process of cases development in teacher training,and summarizes the deficiency of this study and research prospects. |
