The Research Of Coupling Coordination Development Among Population-agricultural Economy-ecology In Minqin County

With improving of the concept of “five major developments” in the new period,the coordinated development problems of populations,economy and ecology have been became more and more concerned by the academia and society.Good ecological environment is the material bases of human activities and social economic development.Sustainable economic development is the bases of guarantee for ecological environment protection and human health development.As the consumers and creators,peoples are the main force of controlling the direction of economic and ecological environment development,and also are the link of the two parties.Population,economic and ecological interact which influence and restrict each other.If ignoring any one of them,it will seriously restrict the sustainable development of the whole region.However,with the increasing of populations and the rapid development of economy in China,the contradiction between the population,economy and ecological environment is gradually appear,especially in the arid and fragile areas of Northwest.Although farmers' excessive agricultural production and management activities could promote the development of agricultural economy in the short term and raise the level of per capita income,but in the long run,it will cause serious damage to the local ecological environment.Therefore,how to evaluate the interaction between population,agricultural economy and ecology scientifically and objectively is very important in promoting the coordinated and regional sustainable development of the three parties.On the basis of sorting out population,economic and ecological coordination research in domestic and international aspects,the paper took Minqin county as the research area,which according to the relevant data about population,agricultural economy and ecology,based on the introduction of three party interaction mechanism and the development status,calculated and analyzed the population-agricultural economy-ecology system comprehensive development level and the dynamic change of the three party coupling development relations in Minqin county from 2000 to 2014 by Using variation coefficient method and coupling coordination degree model.The results showed that: 1)The maximum values of comprehensive evaluation index of population,agricultural economy and ecosystem was 0.578,0.663 and 0.412 in Minqin County from 2000 to 2014,overall development level of the three systems all lower,among it the development of agricultural economy is relatively fast,population development needs to be optimized,ecological problems are particularly prominent.2)In the past 15 years,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of population-agricultural economy-ecosys tem in Minqin County generally all present the state of fluctuation was first decreased and then increased.The coupling degree C fluctuates in 0.372~0.696,which experienced the antagonistic coupling and the running coupling of two stages,now it is in the running coupling period.The coupling coordination degree D fluctuates in 0.325~0.639,which changed from imbalance decline to transitional harmony from 2000 to 2006 and transformed from transitional harmony to coordinated development from 2007 to 2014,which generally realized the transition from maladjustment to harmonious development.3)The main factors in influencing the coupling coordinated development of the population,agricultural economy and ecological system in Minqin showed in the four aspects,which are the adjustments of industrial structure,natural ecological environment,resources utilization and population pressure.Finally,according to the empirical results and the main influence factors,some targeted measures are proposed from the following five aspects: Control the population,optimize urban and rural structure;Increase education immigration,improve population quality;Adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,developing characteristic advantage industry;Transformation of agricultural development,improve resource utilization;Rational allocation and utilization of resources,strengthen ecological environment management.
