Countermeasure Research Of Excellent Traditional Culture Into The Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political education in college(replaced by IPEC in the text below),as an important branch of spiritual civilization construction,is the main channel where the Chinese Communist Party spreads Marxism,and responsible for cultivating the qualified socialistic successors for China.With the deep pushing of reform and opening-up policy as well as the progress of economic globalization,the situation at home and abroad has gone through great changes and more requirements about IPEC have also been made.In order to make sure IPEC proceed successfully,we must make more effort to strengthen and improve it.Traditional culture,the fruit of Chinese people’s wisdom,is the soul of Chinese nation and the good place of core socialist values.The integration of excellent traditional culture into IPEC will bring new resources,new enlightenment and new thoughts for IPEC development and make IPEC play a greater role in building up Chinese culture soft power and achieving the goal of cultural preservation.Therefore,this thesis will discuss how to integrate excellent traditional culture into IPEC effectively,explore underlying reasons,and then put forward the useful strategies accordingly.The thesis includes five chapters:The first chapter presents a brief introduction to background,purpose,significance,current status,methods and innovative points of the study.In the part of background,the author proposes that the integration of excellent traditional culture into IPEC is the historical trend of adapting to the development of the world and China and enhancing cultural soft power.And the integration meets the needs of our times of providing the root of culture for sinicization of Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics.The innovative points of the study are:(1)the methodology of combining holism with development should be adhered to in treating Chinese traditional culture;(2)the inner relationships between excellent traditional culture and IPEC lay a theoretical foundation for integrating excellent traditional culture into IPEC.The second chapter elaborates excellent traditional culture and IPEC respectively especially in how to sort out the methodology of excellent traditional culture from traditional culture.Meanwhile,the inner relations between traditional culture and IPEC will be discussed in detail,which will lay a theoretical foundation for the following study.The third chapter discusses the value of excellent traditional culture to IPEC from the perspectives of college students and IPEC.This thesis expounds the significance of excellent traditional culture to college students’ patriotism,evolution of ‘three outlook’,moral quality and personality,and then to IPEC from the aspect of helping IPEC to be more Chinese characteristic in contents and methods.The fourth chapter points out the problems which exist in the process of integrating excellent traditional culture into IPEC and the factors leading to those problems.The author will make a research from the aspects of classroom teaching,teacher forces,campus construction and social factors respectively,and then find out the solutions to solve those problems.The last chapter provides the useful strategies to integrate excellent traditional culture into IPEC effectively from the perspectives of campus,teacher,family and society.In particular,the author emphasized the theory study and points out that the integration of excellent traditional culture into IPEC is one of the issues of orientation of Ideological and political education development in college,which can answer whether Chinese characteristics of socialism and Chinese excellent traditional culture will become cultural soft power of China or not.
