Sports school is an important base for the training of sports talents,talents and shouldering the responsibility to win glory for the country’s high level sports team,made outstanding contributions to the development of sports in our country.Shenzhen is the experimental field of the reform and opening up,Shenzhen sports school has a special status in the national sports school,the target process in the training of high-quality athletes in Shenzhen sports school should be at the forefront of the times.This paper systematically studies the Chinese language learning of Shenzhen sports athletes.The first chapter is the introduction,w hich explains the background,purpose and signi ficance of this study,as well as the research ideas and research methods.The first section of the second chapter,through the questionnaire survey,the athletes of the Chinese language classroom learning and language learning.The survey shows that the problems found in the study of Chinese language classroom,including the basic knowledge of Chinese is not solid,the language classroom efficiency is low,the athletes of the Chinese language is not high.The problems in the study of Chinese extracurricular learning are focused on the Chinese extracurricular homework is not ideal,the quantity and quality of extracurricular reading is not optimistic.On the basis of investigation,in section second of this chapter objectively analyzes the reasons of these problems by analysis,serious thinking.As a result of language foundation is not solid,on the one hand is the ideological bias,do not recognize the new requirements of the times,on the other hand,learning time was diverted.The language classroom efficiency is low,to a large extent because of the athletes in the classroom sleepy,easy to sleep.The Chinese identity is not high,there are reasons for teachers,but also analyzes the reasons for the athletes themselves.For the athletes learning situation,extracurricular homework is not ideal,because of the long-term lack of guardians,consciously self-learning ability to form,also because of the lack of external pressure,reduce the requirement of self.Extracurricular reading is not ideal,because the re is no habit of reading,but also because of the lack of proper guidance.In the third chapter,on the basis of the previous investigation and analysis,combined with the actual situation of Shenzhen sports school,the author puts forward the strategies from the two dimensions of Chinese classroom learning and extracurricular learning.To improve the system in the aspects of the language classroom learning situation,called on all parties especially the administrative management of the school earnestly implement the "combination" strategy of physical education,provide the platform for the growth and development of Chinese teacher,in the recruitment of strict selection,improve standards and strict management,at the same time advocate bold innovation in Chinese teaching and their aptitude in teaching,and pay attention to let the Chinese teaching contact life,vitality and fresh to the classroom,but also bold and integration of teaching materials,the actual situation focus on athletes,athletes learn knowledge and ability to make the most important in the limited time,finally must rely on modern information technology,make full use of multimedia and Internet resources for learning Chinese athletes to provide services.In the language learning for athletes,the first to start the coaches and parents to ensure that the athletes to complete the quality of extra-curricular activities,and then focus on the athletes’ extracurricular reading and how to read outside.This paper uses the literature research method,questionnaire method and interview method,to Shenzhen Sports School as a case study,through the investigation of Chinese learning in Shenzhen sports school athletes,the analysis of the causes,and on this basis put forward countermeasures,hoping to provide feasible Chinese learning strategies of Shenzhen sports school athletes,but also hope to provide some reference to the development and progress of other local sports school athletes. |
