| Research purpose:To investigate the incidence of sports injuries in the cross-event atheletes in national women's ice hockey training team, analyze the causes of the injuries, and give suggestions for prevention and treatment of injuries.Research contents:The injury incidence rate, sports injury sites, types, type distribution, injury factors, biomechanical characteristics of knee joint and the time of sports injury were analyzed between 38 cross-event women's ice hockey training teams from July 1,2019 to December 31,2019.The age of 38 athletes is 17.79±1.79;the height is 166.09±5.27,the weight is 59.88±5.37,and the number of years of exercise(ice hockey)is 1.54±0.62.Among them, there were 17 national level athletes,14 national level athletes and 7 non rated athletes.Research results:1)The incidence of cross-event atheletes in national women's ice hockey training team was 34,accounting for 89.47%of the total team, athlete days were 5323 days and injuries were 161,the incidence of injuries was 30.23 per 1000 athlete days, and the incidence of injuries was not statistically significant for athletes of different levels(p=0.429).The incidence of acute injuries is higher than the incidence of chronic injuries 8.44 per 1000 athlete days. The severity of sports injuries is mainly mild injuries. The incidence of injuries is 27.61 per 1000 athlete days. The incidence of moderate and severe injuries is 1.50 per 1000 athlete days,1.13 per 1000 athlete days. The incidence of injuries during the game was 13.81 per 1000 athlete exposures higher than that during training, which was statistically significant(p=0.03).The incidence of injury during training and physical training courses had a significant impact on the incidence rate of total injuries(p<0.001),and the incidence rate of injury in special technical training courses had no significant impact on the incidence of total injuries(p=0.198).2)There were 16 sports injuries, and the proportions of lower extremity, upper extremity, trunk, and head and neck were 42.86%,31.06%,19.87%,and 6.21%,respectively.The high incidence of injuries were knees, lower back,wrists,ankles,thighs(front/back),and shoulders. The most common types of injuries were patellar tendinitis,ankle-distal fibula ligament sprains, and lumbar muscle strain. The main types of injuries were strain and contusion. The main causes of injuries were overtraining, gliding, antagonizing, falling, inadequate warm-up,collision and ball passing;3)When the load angle of the muscle strength test was 60 deg/s,the peak torque of the left and right knee flexors was statistically significant(p<0.001);the peak torque of the left and right knee extensors was not statistically significant(p=0.143);the ratio of flexion and extension torque of left and right knees was statistically significant(p<0.001).When the load angle of the strength test was 180 deg/s,the peak torque of the left and right knee flexors was statistically significant(p=0.001);the peak torque of the left and right knee extensors was statistically significant(p=0.024));the ratio of flexion and extension torque of left and right knees was statistically significant(p<0.001).The Spearman correlation coefficient test was performed on the knee joint isokinetic muscle strength and the total injury incidence, and there was no significant correlation(p>0.05);4)In July 2019,101 cases of new injuries occurred, accounting for 62.73%of the total number of injuries, which was higher than the sum of the number of newly added injuries in the five months of August,September,October,November, and December.Since August, the number of sports injuries has been relatively stable, and the number of new injuries every month is less than 15 cases.Research conclusions:1)The incidence of injury of the cross-event athletes in national women's ice hockey training team has nothing to do with the athletes' different sports levels, but it is related to the training stage of the athletes. The main types of sports injuries are uncontrollable acute injuries, and the degree of injuries is mainly recoverable mild injuries. The incidence of injuries during the competition is mainly caused by acute injuries caused by external forces.Ice training sessions and physical training sessions are the main disease periods during training;2)The main injuries of knee, lower back, wrist, ankle, and thigh(anterior/rear)are patellar tendinitis, lumbar muscle strain, triangular cartilage disc misalignment, talar ligament injury, quadriceps and strains of the posterior femoral muscles, overtraining, gliding injuries, and insufficient warm-up are the main causes of injury;3)The imbalance of muscular development of the bilateral lower limbs of athletes is not a biomechanical factor that affects the incidence of injury of athletes, but it may be one of the factors that the cases of right leg injury are higher than those of left leg injury.4)The prevention and treatment of sports injuries by medical staff in the team is a factor that causes the number of sports injuries to drop sharply and is in a steady trend. |
