The Research Of Inclusive About College Moral Education And Legal Education

The fourth plenary session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted a decision that China will comprehensively advance the rule of law,and then put forward clearly that ruling the country by law and virtue should be the key principles to achieve the important target.In the cultivation of college students,the key principles claim enhancing the moral and legal education of college students.This thesis based on the Ministry of Education’s subject ‘the theory and practice research about organic combination of moral education and law education to college students,and will do the research about inclusive education of college students’ moral and legal education with 5 chapters.In the first chapter,this paper will does the basic concept definition of the research object,and then introduce the research status of this field both at inland and abroad;In the second chapter,describes the basic condition of the current stage of the two types of education and the problems faced by the current,the resulting only to fusion,seek common ground while reserving differences,complementary advantages,to achieve the better development;In the third chapter,enumerates the fusion theory basis and policy oriented moral education and legal education,then provides theoretical support for the inclusive of two kinds education;In the fourth chapter,summary of some developed countries to accumulate in the civic education experience,and guide the way to the education of our country;At last,in the fifth chapter,we do the research of specific ways,combining with the teaching practice of ‘ ideology and moral cultivation and law foundation’,research on how to realize the inclusive of moral education and legal education of college students in four aspects including the education goal,the education content,education methods and education places.This thesis come out some feasible suggestions based on the systematic study of school moral and legal education,in order to provide a reference about the ntegration of educational resources and achieve the goal that inclusive the moral and legal education.
