Based on the literature review on relationship between mental toughness and related theory,psychological toughness research,physical exercise and mental toughness as the basis,explore the effect of the physical education football training of high grade primary school students mental toughness.Study on using "Adolescent Resilience Scale" questionnaire and experimental intervention method,football training for one semester of the fifth grade and the sixth grade primary school students,analyzed the mental toughness training before and after the change of students,draw the following conclusions:(1)the overall resilience of middle school students was moderate,and in the emotional control,goal focused,cognitive attitude,interpersonal relationships and family attitudes in the five factors in the resilience score was good;(2)the difference of each factor of high grade primary school students mental toughness on demographic variables as follows: the fifth grade and the sixth grade primary school students mental toughness in emotional control,focused,differences in cognitive attitude of three factors was not significant,differences in interpersonal relationship and family attitude factor is very significant,the sixth grade students' mental toughness the lowest score;boys and girls in the two factors and family focused attitude,mental toughness of girls than boys mental toughness is significantly higher,and significantly;(3)football training has positive influence on the students' mental toughness.
