Mental resilience is an individual’s good adaptation in the face of major pressure,frustration and negative events.At present,primary school students are trapped in the mire of education and bear great pressure psychologically.As the mental development of primary school students is not perfect,it is difficult to actively discharge emotions and release psychological pressure,so it is easy to produce psychological problems.How to improve pupils’ mental toughness and prevent mental diseases effectively is one of the important problems concerned by current education.Based on the campus football training,resilience based on related research literature review,experimental and mathematical statistics method as the main research methods,using the adolescent mental resilience scale as a research tool,to explore the campus football training’s impact on students resilience,aimed at promoting the development of the campus football and provides reference for improvement of the elementary school students’ resilience.From the mouths of 3-5 grade students in the screening of 40 students eligible for the experiment as the experimental object,according to stratified random sampling methods of 40 students can be divided into the experimental group and control group 20 people,the control group according to the normal work and rest time for physical education study,the experimental group in addition to the normal physical education learning also to 4 times a week,every time 1 hour of campus football training.After 16 weeks,the change of resilience was analyzed before and after the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that: the average score of the overall resilience of primary school students was 83.25,the average score of boys was 82.68,the average score of girls was 83.94;There was no significant difference in resilience among different grades,but in the dimension of family support,there was significant difference among different grades.After 16 weeks of campus football training,the mean value of resilience in the experimental group was 82.15 before the experiment and 89.9 after the experiment,the difference was highly significant;In the control group,the pre-test mean value was 84.35,and the after test mean value was 85.45,the difference was not significant.The following conclusions can be drawn:(1)pupils’ resilience is at a moderate level.(2)Students of different genders and grades showed significant differences in various dimensions of resilience.Specifically,the average score of girls’ goal focus and positive cognition was higher than that of boys;The average score of boys’ emotion control was higher than that of girls.The average score of the family support dimension decreased with the increase of grade.(3)16 weeks of school football training as an intervention means of mental toughness can effectively improve the level of resilience of primary school students.Among them,the improvement effect of target focus,positive cognition and interpersonal assistance is more significant.
