Analysis Of Psychological Health Status And Influencing Factors Of 2016 Freshmen In Xinzhou Vocational And Technical Academy

Objectives:1.To find out the psychological health status of the freshmen of Xinzhou Vocational and Technical Academy 2016 in Shanxi province.2.To know the detailed symptoms of psychological problems,through the comparison of the basic situation of the 2016 vocational freshmen in the school.3.To investigate the main factors that influence the psychological health of the freshmen,through the analysis of the influence factors of the mental health in 2016 vocational freshmen in the school.Methods:The 2016 freshmen of Xinzhou Vocational and Technical Academy in Shanxi Province were selected as the research object.A cross-sectional study was conducted.The SCL-90 scale questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of psychological health status.The National Youth norm of SCL-90 was compared with the evaluation results of students to find out the psychological health status.Understand the difference of the freshmen factor symptoms under different conditions,through the self-made questionnaire of the basic situation of the students;univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was conducted to research the influencing factors of the psychological health status of 2016 freshmen and to find out the main influencing factors.Results:1,The SCL-90(SCL-90)survey results of the 2016 vocational freshmen in the school is that detection rate of psychological problem(total score 200 points or higher)is 25.3%,compared with the survey of the National Youth norm and national norm of college students,the 2016 vocational students’ mental health status is poor,the positive rate of each factor(either factor greater than 3),from high to low order hostility,depression,phobia,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,paranoia,psychosis,somatization,others.2,Compared with the mental health status of the higher vocational freshmen under different basic situations,the SCL-90 factor differences of the school girls and boys is not obvious.Rural students in obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,terror and psychosis are higher than the students from the cities;except for obsessive-compulsive differences,others are not statiscally significant in 8 majors.The students of single parents,orphans or left-behind young,in obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia and psychosis are higher than that of parents of students;family economic,family economic difference between general and better family economic factors are the three symptoms relations gradually decline;the only child in interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and somatization compared with other the children higher;the college entrance examination scores of poor students are higher than the good students in the college entrance examination scores in forced,depression,paranoid ideation and anxiety.3,The influencing factors of psychological health of Freshmen in 2016 Vocational Academys of Xinzhou Vocational and Technical Academy are related to gender,source of students,economic income and family structure,whether the only child,college entrance examination scores,parents’ occupation.The gender difference between students,female students in psychological health status were significantly poor than boys;The rural students were more serious psychological problems than students in town,mental health status of poor students is more better than the good economic conditions,the psychological problems of single parent and orphans are more serious than those of parents,students with good scores than the mental health status of students in poor scores.4,Multi-factor analysis results show that the main factors affecting the university students psychological healthy level 2016 is family economic,its risk factors from high to low in turn is arranged from family economic,family composition,father’s occupation,the one-child,whether the university entrance exam,origin.Conclusion:Compared with the National Youth norm and the norm of college students,the overall poor mental health of 2016 freshmen in Xinzhou Vocational and Technical College,hostility,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression in the SCL-90 symptoms of factor is more prominent in the top three,it is founded that family economic status are more important than other factors,such as birthplace,family structure,the one-child,college entrance examination scores and parents occupation.
