Strengthening morality education is the basic mission of education and the foundation of higher institution.In the period of social transformation and the popularization of higher education,the moral education in colleges and universities in China is confronted with many theoretical and practical problems,people formed a consensus that we should reform the moral education in colleges and universities in order to enhance the effectiveness of moral education.Since the introduction of symbiosis theory,because of its emphasis of the symbiotic relationship and the revelation of holistic,open,hierarchical,inclusive and other basic features of the symbiosis system,it provides a new perspective for us to reflect the relationship among the elements of moral education in colleges and universities.The theory of symbiosis provides us a new way to solve the problems of discordant factors of internal and external moral education in colleges and universities.However,in the field of moral education in colleges and universities is lack of deep understanding of the value of symbiotic theory.So,this study examines the relationship between the elements of moral education and its internal factors from the perspective of symbiosis.According to the logic of "asking questions-analyzing problems and solving problems",this study focuses on three issues: What are the main problems of current moral education in colleges and universities? What are the causes of these problems? What kind of reform should be made in moral education in colleges and universities?There are many problems in the current moral education in our country: The first problem is the gap between the moral education and its environment,it is manifested in the lack of interaction between college and family and society,as well as the lack of integration of elements of moral environment in colleges and universities;The second problem is the lack of effective communication between the teaching subjects of moral education teachers,such as between teachers,between students,between teachers and students;The third problem is the lack of integration of moral education content,one-sided emphasis on political moral content and ignore the content of life moral education,one-sided emphasis on moral knowledge and ignore the moral affection;The fourth problem is the formalism in the process of moral education,highlighting the division of the approach of moral education and the goal of moral education,and the neglect of human needs in moral education.These problems fundamentally reflect the separation of the elements of the moral system.The reason is as follows: Due to the influence of the utilitarianzation of moral education and normative ethics,the goal of moral education only attaches importance to the society and ignores the individual,the moral education content only attaches the moral standard transmission and neglects the self construction of the moral subject;Due to the impact of the electronic human view,people are isolated from each other in the process of the moral education;Because of the lack of system view of moral education system,the purpose,content,approach and other elements of moral education are independent of each other.Therefore,the key to the outbreak of moral education in our country is to promote the integration of various factors of moral education system.Based on the theory of symbiosis,it is necessary to establish and develop the symbiosis of moral education system in colleges and universities,that is,to construct the symbiosis system of moral education in colleges and universities,to improve the overall function of moral education in colleges and universities by strengthening the interaction between moral factors.This includes three aspects of work: First,through the optimization of family education and social education,and strengthen the family,social and university interaction to create “family-society-colleges and universities” integration of the symbiotic environment;The second is to enhance the quality of symbiotic unit of moral education by strengthening the awareness of all teachers in the work of moral education and strengthening the professional construction of teachers’ attainment in moral education;The third is to promote the symbiosis between the symbiosis units of moral education in colleges and universities,which mainly includes the interaction between the subjects of moral education,the pluralistic integration of moral content and the pertinence of moral education.
