| Relying on huge social and economic benefits,tourism industry has been gradually valued,in order to further upgrade the tourism industry,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region government raised significant measures to make the tourism backbone and enrich the people at the tourism industry conference early in 2011.In the meantime,the State Council also released GF[2014]No.46 the State Council's Opinions on Developing the Sports Industry and Promoting Consumption and GBF[2016]No.77 Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Fitness and Amusement Industry in 2014 and 2016 respectively,and the construction of overall sports industry will exceed 5 trillion yuan and the fitness and amusement industry reach 3 trillion yuan.Sports and tourism,an undividable part of the tourism industry,supported and encouraged by state policies,are to develop to a new level.Based on the 13 th five-year plan for the tourism development in Altay Prefecture,this research proposes development concepts such as innovation,feature and ecology and carry out a series of measures after maximizing the advantages of tourism resources,aiming to build the tourism industry into a backbone industry in Altay Prefecture for the rapid social and economic development.Main research contents and results are given as follows:Taking major scenic sports and featured sports tourism in Altay Prefecture as objects,this article systematically analyzes basic situations and status quo of featured sports tourism in Altay Prefecture via documentary analysis method,interview,field research and case study method,main contents include analyzing connotations of sports tourism,basic situation,market status quo,featured sports tourism,development progress in Altay Prefecture,and SWOT method is adopted to deeply analyze the advantages of featured sports tourism,malpractice,opportunities,troubles as well as challenges,based on which,this article raises pattern construction and sustainable development strategy for the featured sports tourism development in Altay Prefecture.Result results show:(1)There is a wide space for the development and use of resources in nature,history and culture in Altay Prefecture,which are unique,rich and diverse,no doubt the advantages provide material guarantees and multi-directional choices for the development of sports tourism.(2)Disadvantages such as imperfect layout and construction,low development strength and imbalanced development have been barriers for the development in Altay Prefecture.(3)The featured sports-based tourism has a bright outlook and the state strategic support have brought huge opportunities for the sports tourism in Altay Prefecture.(4)Competitions from counterparts in other cities nearby,few understanding of tourists about the sports tourism are threats and challenges for the development of sports tourism in Altay Prefecture.(5)Based on the status quo of sports tourism,barriers against the development,threats and challenges for the sports tourism in Altay Prefecture,this article raises a pattern construction for the featured sports tourism in the local and strategies for the sustainable and healthy development.(6)Based on the analysis,this article proposes constructive suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development such as focusing on ecological construction,folk culture and features,digging potential value and connotations of sports tourism,as well as inheritance and protection of sports culture. |
