Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the reform of the ideological and moral education in the junior middle school focuses on starting from the students' subjectivity,connecting the students' emotional experiences and moral practice,changing the form of blindly preaching in the traditional examination-oriented education,stimulating students' learning initiative and learning interest.To this end,teachers must pay attention to all aspects of classroom teaching,especially the lead-in of the classroom link.As the primary part of the teaching process,it plays the role of preconceived,the role of the final word,the quality of the introduction of quality will directly affect the ideological and moral teaching goals and teaching quality improvement.However,in the teaching practice,the lead-in of a lot of problems,ignoring the lead-in and error of the phenomenon of continuous occurrence,efficient and wonderful lead-in is not only in response to the inherent requirements of the new curriculum reform,but also help to correct the shortcomings of the teaching process.The author of the current stage of the lead-in of what problems exist,based on the analysis of the causes of practical,operational optimization strategy.This paper is divided into three parts: The first part analyzes and explains the theoretical support of the topic,and starts with the connotation,type and principle of the lead-in,and makes a basic overview of the lead-in and expatiates the concrete role.The second part,through the questionnaire,the form of interviews with teaching experience in the practice,Pointing out that the current ideological and moral class to ignore the import,improper import method,the import effect is not ideal and other specific issues,Provide the best entry point for the subsequent optimization of the import strategy.The third part is based on the concept of the new curriculum reform based on the practical basis for the teacher to optimize the lead-in of specific strategies,and use examples to be corroborated to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.
