With the development of information technology and the deepening of teacher education reform,teacher education has entered the age of information.How to promote the integration of information technology and teacher education has become the focus of deepening of teacher education reform.This research selected the flipped classroom teaching mode for Master of Education as the research object.The purpose of this research is to analyze the issues that arisen during the integration of information technology and teacher education and give suggestions to solve them.The flipped classroom teaching mode for Master of Education under the mastery learning theory,constructive learning theory and the theory of deep learning.Its goal orientation includes: enhancing students' theoretical knowledge,practical ability,research ability.Its implementation conditions are flexibility and modernization.Its operation procedure is “flipped” while its evaluation is based on real evaluation.This classroom teaching mode is a kind of teaching mode which can adapt to the requirement of information and the development of students.This research uses the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the current flipped classroom teaching mode for Master of Education.The results of the survey show that in the teaching process of Master of Education teachers and students used the network and information technology infrequently.Further analysis also found that the current flipped classroom teaching mode for Master of Education has other problems,such as teaching theory is lacking of enough innovation,teaching method is too unitary,the interaction between teachers and students is lack of initiative,operating procedures is not reasonable and evaluation is too unitary and lack of subjectivity.Therefore,this research which based on the existing problems of the current flipped teaching mode for Master of Education propose some pieces of advice for the improvement.It is suggested that the classroom teaching mode for Master of Education should renew the teacher's educational idea the mastery learning theory,the constructivelearning theory and the deep learning theory.Teachers should explore new classroom teaching methods in order to improve the students' understanding ability,practical ability and to improve the interaction between teachers and students.To improve the effect of classroom teaching mode by using the "flipped" operation procedure and increasing students' subjectivity in evaluation.
