In recent years,the research of occupational psychology has received unprecedented attention.In 2010,after the introduction of the series of outstanding talents training program in China,the excellent teachers' psychology began to enter the field of psychological research.The psychological quality of "joyful teaching" and "adaptive teaching" became a hot topic in academic circles.Positive psychology's researchers think that the psychological resources and social attitudes are important factors that affect the individual's psychological state and behavior choice.And the teachers' professional maturity is used to measure the teacher occupation development potential and occupation development level index.Therefore,this study is the first to introduce the local psychological capital and occupational values into the study of teachers' professional maturity.Local psychological capital is a positive attitude or psychological ability which has positive effect on job performance.Occupational values are a set of belief systems that based on people's own needs and social needs.It plays a general and dynamic role.The way of this research is based on the view of psychology,which melts the local psychological capital and occupational values into the research of teacher's professional maturity.And this will be the way of selection of being adaptive and joyful students who is good at teaching.In addition,this also can be scientific and effective suggestions of cultivating outstanding teachers.This research makes an argument for the condition and relationship between 629 undergraduate students' occupational values;local psychological capital appreciation and teachers' professional maturity.The results show as below:1.The students' psychological capital appreciation stays in a higher level, which is influenced by the difference of college,grade,parents' occupation and family income.2.The system of students' occupational values is comparatively clear,and3.students are paying more attention to the reputation,social status and self-development.4.The level of student's professional maturity has developed,the occupational capacity is more mature than occupational attitude.5.The correlativity exists between occupational values,psychological capital appreciation and teacher's professional maturity.On top of the self-development,reputation,status and conventional psychological capital appreciation,interpersonal psychological capital appreciation also plays an important role in forecasting teacher's professional maturity.6.The student's psychological capital appreciation plays an intermediary role between occupational values and teacher's professional maturity.
