In the 21 st century,the rapid development of the economy and society and society and the rapid wave of education reform have brought new development opportunities to teachers,but also brought greater challenges and pressures.As a frontline educator,The occupational pressure felt by primary school physical education teachers at work is gradually increasing.this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 504 elementary school physical education teachers in Guangzhou the occupational Stress Scale,Psychological Capital Scale and Vocational Happiness Scale.Research on the infiuence of Primary School PE Teacher Occupational Stress and Psychological Capital on Occupation Happiness There is a significant correlation between primary school physical education teacher occupational stress,psychological capital and professional well-being.There is a significant negative correlation between occupational capital and professional well-being of primary school physical education teachers.One:The occupational stress of primary school physical education teachers has a significant teachers has a significant negative predictive effect on occupational well-being psychological capital ofprimary school physical education teachers has a significant positive correlation with occupational well-being.Two:The occupational stress of primary school physical education teachers has a significant negative predictive effect on occupational well-being,psychological capital of primary school physical education teachers has a significant positive predictive effect on occupational well-being.Three:The psychological capital of primary school physical education teachers has a mediating effect between occupational stress and professional well-being,that is,teachers professional happiness through psychological capital.Four:On the whole,the mental capital level of PE teachers in Guangzhou is higher,and the occupational well-being of teachers is moderately low.Five:There are significant differences in demographics between occupational stress and psychological capital.0ccupational stress varies significantly in gender,age,teaching age,education,marriage,professional title,number of hours taught,training,and income.psychological capital has significant differences in teaching age,education,school type,number of hours taught,training,position,and income.there is no difference in demographics between occupational well-being.
