In recent years,with the further growth of postgraduate enrollment scale in the universities,the number of multi-discipline and interdisciplinary postgraduate students is also expanding.As a typical example of the cultivation of postgraduates in the field of educational economy and management,there are many problems in the process of cultivating students across various disciplines due to various factors.Based on the perspective of students,combing data analysis and theoretical research,This paper from the perspective of students combing data analysis and theoretical research,selecting four universities students of educational economy and management in Jiangxi province as the research object,combined with the collection of questionnaire data and other data,it makes depth analysis of the training of postgraduate students in educational economy and management.In view of the relatively small theme of the paper and the relatively limited sample,this thesis is mainly from the education economy and management cross major postgraduate students in the process of training as a starting point,to find the influencing factors for the professional postgraduate training to provide reference,research It mainly includes the following contents:First,it has a brief analysis of the data which collected by the educational economy and management majors in four universities,finds out the differences between different gender and grade,and analyzes the correlation between social practice and employment choice.Second,Based on the analysis results of the data,it is found that the problems of educational economy and management students in these aspects mainly include students' educational background,psychological status,professional identity,teachers,the establishment of social practice platform,As well as the society's understanding of the profession.It finds the existing problems,analysis of possible causes and influencing factors.Thirdly,combining the current educational economy and management major postgraduate training problems and influencing factors,and draws lessons from the experience of personnel training from students,universities,as well as the society.Take measures from the three aspects to help improving the postgraduates of educational economy and management and to achieve better training results through the joint efforts of the three parties.
