Because of the rapid expansion of undergraduate education,the needs of social employment and personal self-realization are far from being satisfied by undergraduate education,so more and more college students choose to take postgraduate entrance examination to improve their current situation.The students who take the postgraduate entrance examination of different majors are the main members of the army of postgraduate entrance examination,and pedagogy major becomes the primary choice object of the cross-examination.Although the author is not a graduate student of transmajor education,he pays special attention to why the trans-major students around him want to take the education major.Therefore,he wants to explore what are the problems of the trans-major students choosing the education major,what are the causes of the problems,and how to improve these problems through countermeasures.The purpose of this study is to provide some references for students who want to take the education major in the future but do not know the actual situation and do not know their own survival needs,so as to make a rational choice and provide some suggestions.This research mainly through the interview method,literature research and case analysis method to investigate,includes the "cross major reasons for selecting the pedagogy graduate interview outline",S college education professional across professional master graduate student as the research object,takes the form of online interviews to cross major to master’s graduate students education were investigated,based on rational choice theory analysis framework,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the reasons for cross-major master students to choose education and the attribution of the problems,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research mainly draws the following conclusions:1.There are three problems in the choice of pedagogy for cross-major postgraduates:(1)To solve the dilemma of survival: to escape from employment competition,to be dissatisfied with undergraduate education,to seek steady help in choosing a career,and to follow family suggestions;(2)Improve the quality of life: in the era of "higher education",collective action,utilitarian motivation,choice only by their own preferences,in line with their own interests;(3)Adapt to the survival culture: too optimistic about the prospects of education development,eager to realize the transformation of class,some teachers have a low entry threshold.2.There are three reasons for cross-disciplinary postgraduates to choose pedagogy:(1)Individual employment survival pressure: employment competition pressure is large,undergraduate education is disconnected from the market,individual’s negative concept of career choice,family expectations and background influence;(2)Individual desire to pursue happiness: individual choice lacks a sense of security,rational choice under the market economy,and wants to enter the education industry for personal selfrealization;(3)Individual’s choice to adapt to society: the encouragement of policy system,the influence of social structure,the influence of social concept.3.The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the above problems are as follows:(1)Improve the living situation: perfect the employment policy for graduates,reform the talent training mode,promote the correct employment concept,encourage children to develop independently;(2)Strive to pursue happiness: avoid blindly following the trend of selection,establish the motivation of choosing the right major,correctly understand the pedagogy major,and rationally evaluate their own abilities;(3)Reasonably adapt to society: carefully interpret policy content,reasonably allocate social resources,and improve regional access threshold. |
