With the development of modern information technology,a variety of learning forms gradually appear,such as micro-learning.Micro-learning resources as a microlearning content,with the characteristics of small pieces of content.This feature enables learners to easily acquire knowledge through lightweight learning equipment,and learners can learn in a relaxed manner while learning to meet learners’ needs in informal learning.Education security is a non-traditional security and a concept that is closely related to national security.The subject(individual,group,or country)can maintain the sustainable development of the main education function when faced with external or internal challenges and threats.In this study,border education safety refers to the students in the face of bad network information,campus violence,foreign culture,drugs and other risks,can effectively maintain the socialization of students and personalized realization.Yunnan border is located in remote,and Vietnam,Myanmar,Laos border,ethnic minority population,especially in recent years,the country "all the way",along the border gradually open to the outside world,frequent trade,rapid staff flow,and information of technology develop in the border along the overall developing the border,but also cause the people of the border areas more vulnerable to a variety of information on the existing values,lifestyles,behavior habits have been a certain impact,resulting in a series of detrimental to border education security issues,And this threat to education security penetrate everywhere,everywhere.Therefore,the awareness of the development of border education and the dissemination of content,in addition to the school formal,specialized guidance and education,the more students need autonomy,consciously,at any time related to understanding and learning.Therefore,the development and research of relevant micro learning resources have important theoretical and practical significance to the border education in Yunnan.In this study,through the micro-learning resources to design examples of research,for students of part of the dissemination of educational content.This paper takes one class of students in Jinghong city,Yunnan Province as the main object,and combines the school and the students’ actual situation to develop and apply the research on educational safety information,pictures and video.The research methods and routes of this thesis are mainly based on the ADDIE model: In the process of research to analyze the existence of educational security issues on the border,to determine the objectives of micro-learning resources;border education security micro-learning resources for the design and development;and then two class students to try;in the process of continuous improvement based on student feedback,until the design flaws are eliminated,the formation of reliable,efficient micro learning resources.On the same time,Yunnan border education security micro-resources applied to students in order to promote the students in the education and security issues on the knowledge,skills and ideological improvement;Finally,through interviews and interviews with the results of analysis,micro-learning resources for feedback and modify.The chapters of the paper include five parts:In the first part,it mainly discusses the problems in the research,the reason of the topic selection,the research situation of the domestic and foreign literature,the research methods and the research route.The second part is to study the theoretical basis: it is the theoretical basis of Yunnan border education security micro learning resources: First,micro learning resources involved in the learning theory-micro learning theory,situational learning theory,informal learning theory.Second,non-traditional security theory related to border education security,education as the main way of youth values and world view,has an important role in national border security.The third part is the core part of this paper,which is the development process of Yunnan border education security micro learning resources,including four aspects: Target design,content analysis,resource production,interface analysis.In the fourth part,the application of micro-learning resources in Yunnan border education is the feedback and modification of the resources after the experiment.It is the qualitative study of the communication of Yunnan border education through the modern means of information.The fifth part is the summary of this thesis,which is the exposition and the insufficiency of this thesis,and the prospect of the future.
