In the Internet age,learners confront with two objective challenges: information overload and knowledge fragmentation.Fragmentation of knowledge are propagated in a "mini" way,which will affect people's viewpoint of time and space.The "micro learning" is an important characteristic of this era.The research on micro-learning in abroad has being studied more than ten years,the same research in domestic started a little later than the foreign.At present,both home and abroad are studying in this field mainly focus on the theoretical exploration,relatival technology,and applicatory scope.etc,and all have made more or less progress.But the research involve in the application design and evaluation are rarely yet,most of the results have just put forward the initial concepts and design models,but the practice experience is deficiently.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the connotation of the micro-learning and the existing research results in detail,and designs a Mobile Micro-Learning Application Model,which is constructed with micro-videos and the using of the mobile devices.At the beginning of the model is plotted,many observation and investigation have been made,and the subjects are supposed to the vocational students,who are named as the "90 post",with the vivid characteristics of micro-times.And the running of the MMLAM is assumed that the students daily use the mobile devices,and the evaluation methods in various dimensions are also promoted,by which access the practical application effect of the MMLAM,include the process evaluation,assessment evaluation,satisfaction survey and so on.Finally,the results of test show that the MMLAM not only can improve the learning effect,but also can bring a higher learning satisfaction from the students.This article introduces the background,the current situation home and abroad,the significance of the research,and also the methods and the ideas of the research.Next define the concept of micro-earning,analyze the correlation between micro-learning and mobile micro-learning and micro-video learning,and summary the main theoretical support of micro-learning.Design the micro-learning mode is based on analysis of the research object and teaching content.Through the analysis of the past teaching conditions,make the teaching plan.After four teaching experiments,validate the teaching effect of the MMLAM by evaluating each dimension of the experiment class and the comparison class.Finally,summary the innovative points and shortcomings of this study.
