With the rising trend of humanistic education,reward education has been paid more and more attention.Based on the actual situation in the management of F secondary school in Yan’an City,this paper analyzes and analyzes the present situation of the reward and moral education of middle school students and has certain practical significance.Firstly,we discussed the connotation,classification,characteristics and function of reward.Presented the reward of pedagogical interpretation,psychological interpretation and sociological interpretation;The reward will be separates as material incentives,spiritual incentives,tangible incentives and invisible incentives;Discusses the purpose of reward,utilitarian,targeted and oriented features;In addition,the effects and effects of incentives on learning motivation,achievement attribution and creativity are studied.This paper investigates the current situation of the application of ideological and moral education in the process of school management,and finds out the existing problems: The reward surface is too wide;Heavy material reward,light spirit reward;Reward and more around the examination-oriented education,intellectual education instead of moral education;Student evaluation mechanism is not perfect;the winner did not play a role model.In the analysis of the reasons for the use of the problems in the ideological and moral education of middle school students,Found that: the first is the incentive to set the scientific enough,the lack of diversity,pertinence and typical;The second is to reward more material reward-based,market-oriented and utilitarian color strong;Thirdly,the winners often award,the effect of the proliferation of reward effect greatly reduced;Fourth,The lack of diversity of incentives,targeted and typical;Fifth,the evaluation mechanism of reward and punishment is not perfect,the return mechanism is not perfect,which restricts the typical demonstration effect of the example.Thus,I believe that the use of incentives to enhance the level of ideological and moral education,should mainly strengthen the following aspects: First,the scientific set,serious evaluation,play a typical model of moral reward effect;Second,to regulate the behavior of teachers to reward students;Third,the material reward and spiritual reward both;Fourth,highlight the ideological and moral cultivation of the main content of the reward;Fifth,improve the return visit and evaluation mechanism for the implementation of incentives and the growth of the recipient to create a healthy and harmonious educational environment.
