As a new teaching and learning method advocated by the concept of modern education. Cooperative learning has been paid highly attention and used widely in the education field both home and aboard, and it also becomes a focal point in academic world. The core value of cooperative learning is to enable students to learn how to cooperate, which is an essential skill for students to enter the social survival and development, but also the basic requirements of modern society for qualified citizens.Since the 90s of last century, especially with the advance of the new curriculum reform, the domestic cooperative learning research increase rapidly, research achievements is rich, but there are still many problems existed in the practical of cooperative learning in ideological and political course of senior middle school, the reasons leading to this phenomenon are various, one of the most important reason is the theory research of cooperative learning is not deep enough, especially, there is no special study in the level of specific elements. Positive interdependence is the core element of cooperative learning, and reward interdependence is one of the most important aspects which can ensure it, through the special research of reward interdependence included in positive interdependence, it can be helpful to achieve positive interdependence better, and so that to make some change on the phenomenon of superficial and simplify during the cooperative learning application. This research combined with senior ideological and political course, to study the reward interdependence in cooperative learning.Reward interdependence, as a important type of positive interdependence and the way of expression, from the perspective of the reward to reflects the positive interdependence relationship, this thesis referring to the team’s incentive theory, social interdependence theory, through deeply dig the connotation of reward and positive interdependence, summary the analysis to obtain that reward interdependence is through the mutual encouragement between the team members to reflect the positive interdependence relationship, through the literature research method, combined with the concept of cooperative learning, summary that the reward interdependence should occur among all the members of the group, and should run through the whole process of cooperative learning activities, not only in the success of the team, team members need to celebrate, but also when the team suffer bad luck, encounter difficulties and get failure, the group members should encourage each other, so as to reflect the positive interdependence relationship between cooperative team members. Through the method of classroom observation, personal interview method, we found that the language and behavior reflect mutual encouragement among the members of a group is with chance and randomness, which requires the rule to guide and strengthen the language and behavior, which reflect the mutual encouragement among the members of a group, and incorporate it into the evaluation system, to ensure the use of reward interdependence, to promote the formation of positive interdependence in a certain extent. Meanwhile, make some research on the teaching application for reward interdependence combined with the senior ideological and political course.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction part, elaborates the basis and significance of the research. Though looking up the relevant literature, consolidate and analysis all kinds of research on cooperative learning, we find that the total number on cooperative learning research is large, but relatively less studies on positive interdependence, the research on reward interdependence is more less, there isn’t any research on reward interdependence combined with senior ideological and political course, thus, to find out the research point of this paper. This is of great significance of researching cooperative learning, enrich cooperative learning theory as well as actualize the reward interdependence on senior ideological and political course.The second part is the basic theory part, which discussing the reward interdependence theory in deep. Use the social interdependence theory for reference, explore the connotation of positive interdependence, to find that as a type of positive interdependence, reward interdependence is through reward to reflect the positive interdependence relationship, use the team incentive theory for reference, to explore the connotation of reward, found as a method of reward, mutual encouragement among the group members has a very good incentive for the team, on the basis of analyzing the understanding and elaborating on reward interdependence comprehensively, obtaining that reward interdependence is through the mutual encouragement between the team members to reflect the positive interdependence relationship. Meanwhile, put forward to the significance of making a research on reward interdependence combining with senior ideological and political course, it’s that to highlight the value orientation of process evaluation on senior ideological and political course, emphasizes on the emotional attitude goal of the three-dimensional goal in senior ideological and political course, realize the effective guidance on the practice of reward interdependence of senior ideological and political course.The third part, through literature research method, according to the concept of cooperative learning, on the basis of summarization and analysis, obtaining that reward interdependence should occur among all the members of the group, and should run through the whole process of cooperative learning activities, however, we found that the language and behavior which reflect mutual encouragement among group members is with chance and randomness through the method of classroom observation and personal interview, so a rule is required to guide and strengthen the language and behavior, which reflect the mutual encouragement among the members of a group, to ensure the use of reward interdependence, to promote the formation of positive interdependence in a certain extent.The fourth part, combined with the ideological and political compulsory 3,unit 2 in the culture life, the fourth lesson, the first box "Inheritance of Traditional Culture", design a teaching activity of group debate contest, through the activity, showing how to implement the reward interdependence. Through the observation in the process of cooperation, whether they are encourage each other by language and behavior, whether there is no "mutual blame" among group members, which can reflect a relationship of positive interdependence, and these will be included in the evaluation system to ensure the effective implementation of reward interdependence, and combined with the designed activity, make some corresponding suggestions to the implementation of reward interdependence, it also provides specific example and guidance of the reward interdependence implementation on senior ideological and political course.The fifth part, is the epilogue of this research, sum up the importance conclusions of this study, and make a direction for the further study.
