Quality education,A new round of basic education curriculum reform and New college entrance examination enrollment system put forward new challenges to traditional teaching,This challenge is manifested in many aspects,only the teaching organization form,the traditional class teaching system has been difficult to adapt.As a result,Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching organization form in our country ordinary senior middle school began to try.In this paper,the new college entrance examination enrollment system reform as the research background,fully read a large number of existing Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching study literature,Combined with the actual situation,from the five perspectives of the teachers and students on the general understanding of Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching,the formation of the goal of Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching,the Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching process,Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching evaluation,Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching management.Taking the four high schools of Baoji City and County as the study sample,this paper makes a comprehensive survey on the implementation of Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching of the high school in Baoji City by using the questionnaire method and the interview method.Found the problems and their causes,and on this basis,put forward the improvement measures.From the general understanding of teachers and students to Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching perspective survey found that the following questions: Teachers and students have a misunderstanding of the understanding of Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching;Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching basis and standard single;the students’ sense of independent choice is not strong;stratified classes and grades to the pilot-based;limited stratification to take the dynamic adjustment of the scope of the impact of student enthusiasm.From the formation of the goal of Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching perspective survey found that the following questions: The existence of Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching objectives of the design is unreasonable;the teacher’s teaching experience level led to the implementation of different teaching objectives;Teachers’ teaching objectives are unclear to affect students’ grasp of key knowledge.From the Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching process perspective survey found that the following questions: The existence of teaching content level definition is not in place;teaching methods dare not innovation;classroom efficiency exists differentiation phenomenon;improve the quality of work at the same time after-school counseling difficulties.From the Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching evaluation perspective survey found that the following questions: The students’ evaluation content is not complete;the teacher evaluation scheme is not scientific.From the Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching management perspective survey found that the following questions: The existence of stratified class management organization is not perfect.Class attendance and discipline in the basic level teaching classes need to be improved.Students need to adjust their learning autonomy and psychological problems.The allocation of teachers does not match the level distribution.The teaching resources are not perfect.For the above problems,the researchers conducted a systematic analysis of the problems on the basis of the investigation,found that the main reason for the problem of the Baoji high school class teaching in three aspects: First,students self-awareness and initiative need to develop;Second,teachers comprehensive literacy and teaching ability to be improved;Third,school management and resources need to optimize.Finally,based on the problem and its causes,combined with the relevant theory,this study attempts to put forward some suggestions to improve the implementation of the Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching in the junior high school: Multi-pronged approach to improve the students’ self cognition and learning initiative;take measures to improve teachers’ comprehensive quality and ability of class stratification teaching;polycyclic total catch,optimizing class teaching management and resources.
