Research On Social Work Intervention Of Rural Poverty Alleviation From The Perspective Of Social Support Theory

At present,the work of poverty alleviation is being carried out in full swing in poverty-stricken areas throughout the country.Poverty alleviation and development work has achieved some success.It is a step closer to the goal of achieving a well-off society by 2020.Gansu Province is one of the poorest area in our country,whose poverty alleviation task is heavy,difficult.It is still a long way to go.Social work is a professional which originated from charity,relief and poverty alleviation.The idea of social work is to help people,save the people and help people to solve difficulties.Therefore,it is essential for the social work to participate in the poverty alleviation team which is also the mission of the development of social work.Poverty is an urgent problem which needs to be solved all over the world today.Poverty alleviation is also an important development direction of social work.The population of our country is large,the population is poor and the gap between rich and poor is obvious.Social work has its own unique professional advantages,which will inevitably play a unique role In poverty alleviation work.This study will use the theory of social support as the theoretical line,through the field observation and interview research methods in Gansu Province to solve some problems in poverty alleviation,analysis of social work involved in the feasibility and necessity of poverty alleviation.Then through social work in rural poverty alleviation Of the project,using case work,group work and community work intervention method to solve the poverty.The project committed to find out the support system for Y village.Through the research we find than the social support system of Y village is that in the objective side,mainly from the government policy support,the unique nature of the development of aquaculture industry,as well as from the civil forces;in the subjective side,mainly including their own poverty alleviation initiative.Finally,to actively play the social work of the concept of helping people,people-oriented concept and social work resources to mobilize the ability.
