China government clearly put forward to building a well-off society in 2020,off the road,not fall,but in the process of poverty alleviation and development,promote the government administration more and more poverty alleviation mode cannot meet the need of reality,mainly in: first,government resources co..Two,the government led poverty alleviation and development model is not professional.Three,poverty reduction is less sustainable.Four,the government has limited investment in poverty alleviation and development.And the effect of poverty alleviation and development can not rely on the government as a whole.The main factors,such as the poor self-development ability of poor farmers and the existence of inert psychology,are also the constraint factors that affect the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and development.Social work started in charity relief activities at the beginning,so social work and poverty alleviation have a common origin.The degree of the deep poverty areas are mainly concentrated in the "old,little,and poor" area,Xinjiang as the degree of poverty in ethnic minority areas and border areas is deep,and the involvement of social work to improve the current government led mode of poverty alleviation and development in Xinjiang are facing the dilemma and has an irreplaceable role.Social work to help people to help themselves "as a concept,the focus of social work intervention of poverty alleviation and development in ethnic areas is to strengthen the self-development ability of poor population in minority areas and get rid of" and rely on "psychological bondage.Throughout the country,many scholars how to get involved in poverty alleviation and development in ethnic minority areas to make certain exploration of social work,but not as the integrity of the study,there is no intervention in rural poverty alleviation and development in ethnic minority areas of social work to explain the formation of a unified theory of strategy.All the typical Akesu area this paper selects whether poverty or ethnic composition,this article is based on Akesu area research on social work intervention study on poverty alleviation and development strategies of rural minority areas.This choice of perspective,advantage perspective and empowerment theory perspective through theory,using the literature survey,on-the-spot investigation,case study and interview method of social work intervention strategies for poverty alleviation and development in ethnic areas is studied,the detailed carding and unique research on poverty status and surface area of Akesu near the dilemma from the full range of angle,focus on on the social work intervention in ethnic areas of necessity and feasibility are analyzed on the basis of this idea,from the social work involved in poverty alleviation and development of the subject construction,social work intervention and intervention paths of four levels to complete social work in ethnic minority areas of poverty alleviation and development strategy research.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,literature review,research perspective,research ideas and methods.The second part introduces the historical process of poverty alleviation and development in China and Xinjiang.The third part mainly expounds the present situation of poverty alleviation and development in ruralareas in Akesu.The fourth part of the main difficulties facing the interpretation of Akesu.The fifth part mainly describes the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention in the poverty alleviation and development of the peasants in ethnic areas.The sixth part puts forward the strategy of Social Work Intervening in poverty alleviation and development in Akesu.
