With the rapid development of vocational education,secondary vocational school has trained lots of applied technical talents for the society,and the level of the applied skills talents are mainly depends on the overall quality of the contingent of teachers.The overall quality of the contingent of teachers not only influences the school quality of teaching,but also the cultivation of the students and the sustainable development of secondary vocational schools.And Zoucheng Senior Vocational school is a national key secondary vocational and technical schools,in order to develop in the fierce competition,Zoucheng Senior Vocational school must strengthen the management of human resources,and improve the quality of the teachers by means of teachers' performance appraisal,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the teachers' individual potential.The whole thesis can be divided into five parts.The first part: to introduce the selected topic,purpose and significance;to summarize the domestic and international research situation,methods and contents.The second part: to introduce the concept of performance appraisal,the basic theory of performance appraisal,the function and method of performance evaluation,and the principle and content of performance appraisal.The third part: to introduce the information of the actual situation of the performance appraisal about Zoucheng Senior Vocational school.The fourth part: to take the questionnaire survey method to find out the main problems in the performance appraisal of Zoucheng Senior Vocational schools,such as the old concept of appraisal problems,poor implementation,slow feedback and insufficient improvement;to analyze the causes of the problems from the following aspects: the lack of awareness of appraisal,lack of survey of appraisal index,and timely feedback.The fifth part: to find a comprehensive evaluation method by combined theadvanced theory of performance evaluation at home and abroad with the actual situation of the teachers' performance appraisal of Zoucheng vocational school;to put forward some countermeasures for the problems existing in the teachers' performance appraisal of Zoucheng vocational school from the renewing the concept of teachers' performance appraisal,strengthening the construction of performance appraisal system,and improving the content of teacher performance evaluation.This study try to find out the solutions of the Teachers' Performance appraisal problems of Zoucheng senior vocational and technical school,Which can provide some guiding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the similar problems existing in other secondary vocational school.
