CDIO emphasizes to cultivate students’ comprehensive practical ability as the goal,and encourages students to build knowledge in the systematic learning environment actively and practically,to pay attention to the cultivation of knowledge and skills,vocational skills and interpersonal skills,and to adapt to the social development environment.This model effectively solves the contradiction between education and practice,the imbalance between knowledge and competence,and promotes the implementation in many universities,and also applies to other fields of non-engineering specialty,and the graduates are welcomed by the society and employing units according to the pattern.There is an imbalance in the knowledge and ability acquisition in the course of practice specialty,and its teaching and predicament are similar and identical in the teaching of engineering education and the dilemma faced by it,and the training goals and characteristics are also consistent.Therefore,the author based on the CDIO engineering education thought,combining the related education and learning theory,with the practical higher professional curriculum as the focus,hoping to find the breakthrough of teaching reform,in order to improve the quality of curriculum teaching,effectively promote the students ’ practical skills to acquire and improve their comprehensive literacy.Firstly,this study analyzed the basic connotation,syllabus and standard of CDIO by combing the CDIO research actuality at home and abroad.Then,based on constructivism learning theory,’learning by doing’ education theoryand project teaching method,explains the idea and method of curriculum design in practical specialized course under the CDIO idea from three aspects ofsyllabus revision,curriculum organization mode construction and appraisal mode setting.Finally,taking Educational Technologyspecialized course "Education Information system construction" as an example,based on grasping the nature of the curriculum and analyzing the present situation of teaching,the author carries on the concrete course design,including the content structure design,the teaching case design,the activity flow design,the course project design,the teaching evaluation design,and the application effect is summarized and reflected through the teaching practice.The conclusions of this study are as follows:The teaching of specialized courses under the concept of CDIO can effectively promote the balanced development of knowledge acquisition and ability cultivation,arouse students ’ learning interest and motivation,and have obvious effect on improving students ’ comprehensive ability,especially professional practice skills.Therefore,based on the CDIO education concept,the innovative design of the university specialized courses can help to improve the teaching situation and achieve the professional training goal.
