Research On Strategies Of Vocational-Technical Education For Urban Villagers

As one of the trickiest problems facing urbanization, the overall low literacy of urban villagers which result in the loose security system and rugged living environment is the outstanding problem in city management. Similar problems can be found in many cities of our country. Our country and government attach great importance to this problem. But the result is not satisfactory after more than decade-long efforts. This article gives us a holistic picture of the living conditions and state of mind of Xingtai urban villagers. It explains the general environment of vocational training especially the problem exists in the input and output of vocational education. It obtains the realistic strategies concerning the problem by the first-hand investigation in the form of questionnaire. This article mainly includes the follow contents:Firstly it analyses the history and the meaningfulness of the research home and abroad which paves the way for this research. After digging into the research backgrounds domestically and abroad, it is theoretically meaningful and necessary to do this research. Secondly, it illustrates the theoretical basis of the research. This research explains in detail the state and provincial-level policies in the laws of the human rights theory, community management theory and human resource theory. These laws and regulations are the legal basis of developing vocational education. By exposing the special way of living in urban villages it poses out the advantages of developing vocational education in urban villages. Thirdly it tells us the basic features of urban villagers investigated and the purposes of the questionnaire. Fourthly, it mainly dissects the current situation and strategic suggestions on vocational education in Xingtai urban villages. It gives us comprehensive analysis on the current education situation in urban villages from the point of need, supply, cause and effect. The strategic suggestions are given from the angle of government, society, school and individual. It also discusses the particular works and adjustments to be done in each layer. Lastly it comes to the conclusion and weaves prospect concerning the vocational training in Xingtai urban villagers.
