The Evolution And Motivation Of University Unit Community's Attribute Character

The unit community is a unique community pattern under the planned economy system,which is the basic unit of the city.In the transition period from planned economy to market economy,with the disintegration of the unit system,the unit community also experienced a complex,intense,long-term,dynamic social change process.As a typical unit community,the university unit community has special staff composition and mode of life and production,is a "living fossil" in the evolution study of unit community,the trend of future development should be the issues of concern.In the context of social transformation,the evolution characteristics of the university unit community are the core of this paper.This paper takes South China University of Technology as the research object,analysis of its development and evolution,and explores the evolution of power and evolution mechanism.At first,this paper summarizes the related concepts,connotation and types of unit community,and sums up the relevant research results of unit community,reviewed the historical evolution of SCUT,divided it into five stages.Next,from the three dimensions of the elements of the community: personnel structure,material environment and community management,I did the research by reading literatures,collecting historical maps,focuses on the analysis of the development and characteristics of the three components in each historical stage.Then,based on the detailed analysis of the evolution and characteristics,this paper explores the dominant driving forces in the historical periods of the college community,its evolution is under the combined effect of many factors,such as national policy,educational reform,economic system,cultural characteristics,planning control,and residents' appeals.Finally,divided the development process is into two stages: period of university run society and period of market-oriented reform.Discuss on the evolution mechanism of the university unit community.All of the above study shows that:First,the evolution of the characteristics of the university unit community: The consistency of personnel composition is weakened,affected by its own characteristics,its degree of hybridization is lower than other types of unit community;Material environment changes from homogeneous to multiple,the provision of some facilities still has unit welfare attributes;The management of community organization changes from passive obedience to active participation.Second,the evolution trend of the university unit community: The impact of the system of units on the university unit community will continue,the path of its development is different from the general enterprise type community,the tendency not showing a complete disintegration or disappearance.Third,the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of the university unit community: Although the dominant driving factors university unit community evolution are different in different historical stages,but the main body to promote its evolution could be classified as government forces,Coupled with the role of market forces and social forces in the period of social transformation.
