With the rapid development of Internet communication technology,people access to information is increasing,the traditional teaching has been unable to meet the student's personalized learning.Online teaching has begun to affect the objectives and direction of Chinese Higher school education,as the teachers of the Internet age,we must constantly improve the digital literacy and enhance the teaching effect with the new teaching mode.However,due to teachers lack of online teaching skills training,resulting in the teaching of network teaching effect is not prominent.In this case,it is necessary to use the effective teaching theory,combined with the characteristics of network teaching,to guide teachers to use the "Internet education thinking" to fully consider the effective teaching of online courses,effectively stimulate students' learning motivation,and continuously improve teaching effectiveness.The paper starts from the research status of the online course teaching,and takes Yunnan Normal University as a case to analyze and sort out the status and existing problems of the online course in institutions of higher learning.I found that many college teachers lack the experience of online teaching and information literacy,leading to the teaching effect of college online courses is not optimistic.Therefore,based on the effective teaching theory and the characteristics of online teaching,this paper combs the connotation and characteristics of effective teaching in online teaching.Then,aiming at the existing problems in the teaching of the online teaching in higher education,the paper puts forward Effective teaching improvement strategy of the online course in institutions of higher learning,hoping to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of the online course teaching.This paper discusses the connotation of effective teaching of online course.ased on the deep study of non-instructive teaching strategies and meaningful learning theory,and combined with the characteristics of network teaching,the paper puts forward the use of environmental creation strategy to make full teaching preparation;the use of interactive strategies to ensure the smooth development of teaching process;the use of performance support strategies to carry out effective learning evaluation;the use of the knowledge management strategy to carry on the effective curriculum and the teaching organization management,as well as from the school level put forward a series of support strategies to enhance the effective teaching of online courses.Under the guidance of "Internet Education Thinking",this paper aiming at the most easily overlooked by teachers or improper use of the strategy in online course teaching,hope that the use of these strategies after the teaching effect is better and more effective.
