Since China formally promulgated the" occupation education law" in1996, the occupation education in our country has been developing greatly,the country also adopted various measures to actively support and help thedevelopment of vocational education in the western rural, at the same timethere also exists some problems in the Western occupation educationdevelopment. My school is only one full-time vocational high school whichlies in Yijinhuoluo County, Erdos of the Inner Mongolia. Because the schoolwas established in2010. As a young school, all aspects of school educationfacilities and teaching management are not very mature, perfect. As theeconomy of Yijinhuoluo County is relatively developed, but education isbackward, so people’s conception of eduaction is aslo relatively backward, themajority of parents and students lacks the correct understanding for theoccupation education. As a result, the quality of the students is generally poor,many students lack the initiative and consciousness of learning, they do notstudy hard in school, some even often disrupt the teaching order, somecouldn’t obey the school disciplines, so it is really difficult to manage thestudents in our school, especially the girl students. In this article, I willdiscuss the management strategy of the vocational high school girls. I do hopeI can solve the difficult problem of management of vocational high schoolgirls effectively and further promote the development of vocational educationin the western region.
