Since 1949,the phenomenon of unauthorized teachers has been there and the number is still very large.Over the years,there has been a general concern about the problems of rural teachers,but little attention has been paid to the existence of this group in the city.Since 2012,the number of unauthorized teachers in urban areas has increased.This paper takes a public primary school in Guandu District of Kunming as a research sample.Through the literature survey,questionnaire survey,interviewing method,comparative method and observation method,from teaching work,education and teaching professional knowledge and ability,occupational status quo,psychology of unauthorized teacher,to investigate the status quo of the teachers in the city public primary school,analyze the advantages and problems of this group in the profession,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for rational use and improvement.Through the survey,we found that urban unauthorized teachers have the advantages of theoretical knowledge level,self-development demands and age,and the flexibility of the employment mechanism which is conducive to adapt the change of supply and demand of educational resources,which can supplement the educational resources to a certain extent and has some positive effect on education teaching development.And their problems are: "co-workers with different pay" phenomenon led to pay and return imbalance,psychological stress is a great obstacle to professional development,professional ability need to be improved,the education teaching profession is low in practice,and their management needs to be standardized.To solve the above problems and improve the status quo of u unauthorized teachers,and rational use of their advantages to promote the development of education and teaching,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,increasing the investment in education funding and reform of teacher preparation system from macro management,and establish a conventional short-term teacher management system.Secondly,in the school management level,we need develop in the management system construction,learning environment construction and building teachers colleagues level promotion strategy;Thirdly,take the strategy to promote the development of unauthorized teachers.According to the above logic,this paper is divided into five parts to discuss.In the first part,the author introduces the reason to choose the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the research process and the method and the related research status,and explains the core concept.The second part elaborates the social background of the existence of urban unauthorized teachers.The third part shows the status quo of urban unauthorized teachers from the two aspects of education and teaching work status and psychological status.The fourth part analyzes the positive and negative effects of urban editing teachers on the development of education teaching.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
