Background/aim: With the progress of society and the improvement of human living standard,the undergraduates will be face with many pressures in live,study and work.Therefore,their exercise time is increasingly reduced so that their physical conditions are getting worse and worse and heart pressure are bigger and bigger.According to the national student physical and health survey in 2014,the results showed that the condition of student physical and health improved in overall.As a college student,its perfect physical quality is the basic guarantee for our socialist construction.If the physical quality of college student is not protected,our human resources powerful nation will not be able to talk about.Here,This article mainly is to research badminton elective course training influence on the healthy fitness of college students.Methods: This article mainly uses many methods to research that badminton elective course training affects the healthy fitness of college students,such as literature data,experimental measurement,mathematical statistics and contrast analysis.Results: The results showed as follows:(1)through badminton elective course training for 4 months(36 class hours),height was no significantly changed in body shape test index of subjects,but weight was reduced;body mass index(BMI)is derived from the height and weight to evaluate human physical health indicators,here,due to the effect of height and weight,BMI is decreased;the ratio of boys with waist and hip was in the scope of health,while the ratio of boys with waist and hip was declined.(2)the quiet hearts of boys and girls were decreased in the cardiopulmonary endurance test indicators of subjects,but vital capacity after experiment was increased than pre-test.(3)the sitting body flexion indexes of boys and girls were increased in flexible fitness test indicators of subjects,but the improvement range of female sitting body flexion indexes was significant than males,the main factor is that female and male have different physiology differences.(4)the left and right hand strength was significantly improved in muscle strength test indicators of subjects,in which right hand strength was significant than left and female was significant than male.In the muscle endurance,female sit-ups and male push-ups were significantly improved,respectively one minute.Conclusions: Badminton training has a positive effect with body shape of college students;badminton training can accelerate aerobic capacity and cardiopulmonary endurance of ordinary college students;badminton training can improve flexibility of ordinary college students;badminton training can e muscle strength and muscle endurance of ordinary college students.
