Objective:Through the comparative experiment of physical function training and traditional physical training,to understand the impact of traditional physical training and physical function training on the health fitness and FMS score of college students,find out the difference between the two physical training methods and their impact on students’ health and FMS.The influence level of the score provides a certain reference for the development of physical function training in colleges and universities.Methods:Through the method of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,physical function training and traditional physical training are used as independent variables,and students’ healthy physical fitness indicators and functional movement screening are used as dependent variables.A total of 25 female freshmen from a university in Nanchang were selected as the experimental subjects,15 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group.The experimental group was trained by the method of physical function training,and the control group was trained by the traditional physical training method.After12 weeks of training,the healthy physical fitness indicators(height,weight,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,Body fat,standing long jump,grip strength,sit-ups,kneeling push-ups,vital capacity,seated forward bends);functional movement screening indicator scores(squats,hurdles,straight lunges,shoulder flexibility,active Straight knee raises,trunk stabilization push-ups,trunk rotation stabilization).The experimental results were analyzed by descriptive analysis,independent sample t test between groups,and paired sample t test within the group.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the body shape(weight,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,body fat)in the healthy physical fitness index of the experimental group was significantly different from that before the experiment(P<0.01).The physical fitness(standing long jump,1min kneeling push-up,vital capacity,sitting forward flexion)in the healthy physical fitness of the experimental group was significantly different from that before the experiment(P<0.01).After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,there were significant differences in body shape(weight,body fat,BMI)in healthy physical fitness in the control group compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05).Compared with before the experiment,there were significant differences in the healthy physical fitness of the control group in neutral standing long jump,grip strength,sit-ups,kneeling push-ups,and vital capacity(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,there was a very significant difference in grip strength between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,in the functional movement screening of the experimental group,the scores of squat,hurdle racket,straight lunge squat,trunk stability push-up,and trunk rotation stability movement pattern were significantly higher than those before the experiment.Sex difference(P<0.01).After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,in the functional movement screening of the control group,there were significant differences in trunk stability push-ups and trunk rotation stabilization movement patterns compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the scores of hurdle racket,straight lunge squat,active straight knee lift,trunk rotational stability and the total score of the seven movements in FMS movements(P<0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the experimental group was better than the control group in the improvement of body weight,body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio,standing long jump,push-up,vital capacity,and sitting forward flexion test indicators.After the 12-week experimental intervention,the experimental group was better than the control group in the FMS score of hurdle step,straight lunge squat,active straight knee raise,and the final total score.Conclusion:(1)The effects of physical function training on weight loss,body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio,lower extremity muscle strength,upper extremity muscle endurance,vital capacity,and backside flexibility of female college students are better than those of traditional physical training.(2)Physical function training is better than traditional physical training in improving the scores of hurdle step,straight lunge squat and active straight knee lift in FMS test,suggesting that the use of physical function training can improve students’ lower limb hip,knee and ankle.It has a positive effect on the flexibility and stability of the trunk,and enhances the stability of the trunk.(3)The results of this study have certain reference significance for the establishment of more abundant physical function training in colleges and universities.
