The quality of science education in primary school is directly related to the personal development of students and the overall quality of our citizens.Improving the quality of science education in primary school is also the inevitable requirement of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.At present,Qiaokou District of Wuhan city is vigorously promoting the teaching reform of primary school curriculum,the science curriculum is an important content of the reform.However,what is the status quo of its reform?It's uncertain whether they have achieved the expected goal of reform.What's the problem?How to improve?With these questions,this study selected Wuhan Qiaokou District of Chongren City Road Primary School,Gutian Road Primary School,Li Ji Lu primary school as the research object,carried out investigation Dundian for half a year.This research mainly adopts the way of literature,questionnaire,interview and classroom observation.Based on the three schools in Qiaokou District of Wuhan city science teachers,students,primary school headmaster and teacher's investigation,combined with classroom lectures and field trips to different schools,from the perspective of school administrators,teachers and students,in Qiaokou District of Wuhan city teaching situation of science courses in 3 primary school to carry out a comprehensive understanding.The survey is the main content in Qiaokou District of Wuhan city primary school science teachers' personal basic information,teaching,teachers' professional quality,the evaluation of teaching and students' views on science curriculum.Through the investigation and study,we find that the scientific education has not been paid enough attention to,and the degree of teachers' specialization needs to be improved,the students' learning enthusiasm is not high,the teaching method is too single,and the teaching evaluation method is not reasonable.The existence of these problems,to a large extent,restricts the teaching quality of primary school science curriculum.In view of this,the Countermeasures for the further improvement of science curriculum in primary school teaching: the first is to guide teachers to change the concept of education;the second is to strengthen training,improve the professional quality of teachers;the third is to change the students' ideas;thefourth is to use innovative teaching methods;the fifth is to implement multiple evaluation methods.
