College Students’ Social Responsibility Cultivation Research

Social responsibility refer to social members who take responsible to the state,society,families and others in their thoughts and behaviors,it is the unity of individual social responsibility knowledge,social responsibility emotional identity and social responsibility action.The social responsibility of college students is not only inner consciousness,but also external action,including individual,family,career,people,the collective,the country and the human society sense of responsibility.It has the objective existence,social practicality,initiative,dynamic,altruistic dedication and the characteristics of plasticity,example-setting,etc.Cultivating college students’ social responsibility is the necessary requirement of developing college students core qualities and practicing core values of socialist.However,nowadays still many deficiencies exits while cultivating college students’ social responsibility:such as the influence of the social bad style,lack of college education to the college students’ responsibility,family education neglect the responsibility education;College students’ sense of social responsibility to foster and practice,the void content.College students’ social responsibility cultivation methods can not adapt to accept the situation of college students;College students to participate in social practice activities of enthusiasm is not high,the lack of responsibility of consciousness and ability,etc.These problems have a number of reasons: first one is that university student society sense of responsibility training mechanism is not sound;The second is the content of the college students’ sense of social responsibility to foster the lack of systemic;Three is the method of university student society sense of responsibility to foster the old;Four is the practice of the college students’ sense of social responsibility to foster form is not enough,etc.To cultivate university students social responsibility is a systematic project,in order to enhance the actual effect of college students’ social responsibility to cultivate,from the following several aspects: Firstly,to establish and improve the college students’ social responsibility cultivation mechanism,establish individual,family,school and society "four one" cooperation mechanism;Secondly,to enrich the content of college students’ social responsibility to cultivate,guide students to accurately locate in the society,to strengthen the positive guidance of college students’ life values,strengthen the awareness of college students bear responsibility and dedication to education;Thirdly is to improve college students’ social responsibility cultivation method,through the guidance of the theory of college students’ rational thinking about the value of life,teachers’ sense of responsibility to stimulate students establish social responsibility consciousness,give full play to the recessive education function of campus culture,the linkage of family education and school education;Fourth,guide students to foster a sense of social responsibility in practice,realize knowledge conversion of college students’ sense of social responsibility;Fifth is to create a good college students’ social responsibility cultivation environment,to create a good academic ecological environment,to create a good policy and system environment,with the orientation of public opinion to create a strong atmosphere of social responsibility to cultivate.
