The Infiltration Of Thanksgiving Education In Geography Teaching Of Rural Junior Middle School

Thanksgiving is a traditional virtue. The ancients cloud in China: “Return when being helped”, “Little help as a drip of water deserves the favor as fountain in turn”, “ Expend the respect of the aged in one's family to that of other families; expend the love of the young ones in one's family to that of other families”. With the development of social economy, the wrong values and the negative information in society affected the students, their qualities of gratitude are declining, and they did not show filial obedience their parents, did not respect the teachers, did not care for the environment, these affected the growth of them. The author made a gratitude investigation and found that many students were short of gratitude consciousness, it influenced by many factors. After the analysis of thanksgiving materials, the author launched some gratitude activities in geography teaching to arouse the classroom atmosphere, at the same time to improve the qualities of gratitude.Firstly, this paper described the background of the problem,and defined the related concepts,clarified what is gratitude,what is gratitude education.Secondly,the author investigated, and analyzed the reasons.She took the school as an example,investigated and counted the gratitude situation of students,There were reasons in four aspects such as family,school,society and their own, theyreflected that it was very important to infiltration gratitude education.Thirdly,the author put forward some ways and methods for thanksgiving education,such as:analyzed the thanksgiving materials in middle school geographic textbook,discussed the methods in class,design plans. Fourthly, practiced the design projects.The author taught with the projects in the classroom,to gather information and analyzed the results. Finally,combined above research, the author summarized the conclusion of this paper.
