In daily life,interpersonal problems are everywhere,good interpersonal relationships can not only provide people with a good life,learning environment,but also can effectively promote people's physical and mental health,on the contrary,bad interpersonal relationships will bring a lot of people influences.In recent years,colleges and universities vicious events,the reason,mostly due to poor interpersonal relationships.Dormitory interpersonal relationship is an important part of college students 'interpersonal relationship.Its harmony is not only a serious impact on college students' daily life and learning quality,but also has profound influence on the mental health development of college students.In this context,how to create a harmonious and harmonious dormitory,as college students and college workers need to solve the problem.In order to promote the construction of interpersonal relationship of harmonious dormitory for college students,this paper tries to discuss the mechanism of self-acceptance of self-acceptance of college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship,which is an important part of self-awareness.Construction to provide a new perspective.On the basis of analyzing and collating relevant literatures,this paper analyzes the interpersonal relationship of 554 college students in three colleges and universities in Xi'an by means of the theoretical basis of Maslow's theory and so on.,The results show:(1)In the scale preparation,the college student dormitory interpersonal relationship questionnaire contains three factors: their own emotional experience,sensitivity and dormitory communication situation.The ? coefficient of the whole questionnaire is.810,in which the ? coefficient of the emotion factor is.797;the ? coefficient of the sensitivity factor is.621;the ? coefficient of the living environment is.765,which indicates the internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire factor and the coefficients are good.In the confirmatory factor analysis,the questionnaire RMSEA <0.1,and CMIN / DF value <3,RFI,TLI equivalent> 0.9,indicating that the structure of the questionnaire is good.(2)college students dormitory interpersonal relationship and self-acceptance in gender,professional,grade showed significant differences.In the aspect of gender,the interpersonal relationship between male and female college students showed significant differences,female students dormitory interpersonal relationship is better than that of male college students,and the self-acceptance level of female college students is significantly higher than that of male college students.In the professional aspect,the interpersonal relationship and their self-acceptance level of literature and history college students is better than that of science and engineering students;grade,the fourth grade student dormitory interpersonal relationship is better than other grade students,and showed significant differences,the other four grades of students in the level of self-acceptance although not showing significant differences,but after further Analysis,found that high grade students self-acceptance level higher than the lower grade students.(3)The self-acceptance of college students and their various factors are positively correlated with the interpersonal relationship and their various factors,that is,the higher the level of self-acceptance of college students,the more harmonious the interpersonal relationship.Therefore,from the perspective of self-acceptance of the mechanism of interpersonal relationship in college dormitory,this paper aims to improve the self-acceptance ability of college students on the basis of the combination of students' individual,school and family,To promote the students in the practice of constantly improve themselves;take the initiative to accept others;through the school to actively guide students to provide a harmonious campus culture and mental health protection;through the parental education model change for college students to provide a pleasant life,communication environment.And then continue to enhance the self-evaluation of college students,self-acceptance level,and to promote the harmony of college students dormitory interpersonal relationships.
