It has long been witnessed that the relationship between instructors and students is becoming crucial; the result of academic research has also been impressive. However, studies of relationship between instructors and students, especially in political lessons in high schools, the effect of teaching is slightly weak, therefore it is necessary to further study this topic. In this paper, we selected the perspective of care as the cutting edge,chosen the relationship between instructors and students in political classes in high school as the research object, tried to construct a brand new relationship between instructors and students. The research on this aspect is carried out in the practice of "students as the main body,instructors as the leading role".Five parts are included in this paper: First, introduction. Discussions of the origin, researches status at home and abroad, research purpose and significance, and research methods. Second, theoretical overview of caring principle in the relationship between instructors and students,mainly summarized the connotation and characteristics of the relationship between instructors and students. Third, the concern analysis of high school ideological and political teaching between instructors and students are done in this paper. Analyzing the problems existing in the current teaching, and exploring their causes. Utilizing the literature research,classroom observation, questionnaire and individual interview, we analyzed the characteristics of political lessons in Wenzhou district, the current status between instructors and students, and the solutions to this kind of problem. Fourth, the method using caring principle and strategy of the relationship between instructors and students are explored. This paper attempts to put forward some specific teaching ideas and guiding methods, so that the concept of caring teaching can be carried out in teaching practice. Fifth, conclusions. We mainly focused on the innovation of this paper, the research insufficiency, and the follow-up prospects.
