Great changes have taken place in the way of human's discourse communication mode with the continuous development of the information technology.The modern society has entered a new Micro-era with the rapid rise of new media,such as micro-blog and WeChat.In the Micro-era,ideological and political education of College Students should keep peace with the times and change with the new forms.Construction of effective discourse power of college students' ideological and political education is conducive to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education,improve the quality of ideological and political education,and achieve the purpose of ideological and political education of college students.Thus,it's an urgent research subject to construct the effective discourse power of college students' ideological and political education in the Micro-era.As the Micro-era is coming,pedagogue discourse power and educatee discourse power all possess more development space and also face a lot of difficulties.As it for pedagogue,the dominant position of discourse information is declined,the discourse control ability is weakened,the discourse power is facing challenges.As it for educatee,the use of discourse power is anomic,the values are wavering,the internet public opinion is easily extreme.It because that the pedagogue discourse power and educatee discourse power have some defects in the perspectives of concept,content,form,system,etc.For pedagogue,the self-identity of discourse theoretical system is low,the discourse content is alienated from the living world,the discourse communication form lags behind the development requirements,the control of the network virtual space is limited.For educatee,the correct value guidance and rational thinking are absent,the responsibility consciousness is weak.Attitude,content,form,institution,ability and so on should be considered when constructing effective discourse power of college students' ideological and political education.The main solutions are as follows: In terms of pedagogue,rebuilds the discourse confidence and enhances the self-identity of the discourse system in attitude,enhances the equality sense and respects the educatee's discourse rights in concept,participates in the confrontation forwardly and returns the discourse content to the life world in content,enriches the discourse form and enhances the discourse communication attractiveness in form,strengthens public opinion monitoring,establishes and improves the network supervision mechanism on the system construction.In terms of educatee,establishes responsibility sense and pays attention to the discourse power expression in concept,integrates into a favorable environment actively and achieves effective self vocalization in attitude,strengthens theoretical study and enhances the ability of distinguishing information on knowledge reserves,strengthens the network literacy and enhances the discourse power effectiveness on competency requirements.
