| In today’s fast developing network technology,the social influence of new media is growing,and it has gradually become the main battlefield for different ideas and values to exchange,blend and fight with each other,bringing new opportunities,it also leads to the spread of some bad information and concepts,which to a certain extent weakens the authority of the educational subject,impacts the rational thinking of Marxist ideology and shakes the ideal beliefs of some college students.Attaching importance to and building the discourse right of "micro ideological and political education" in colleges and universities is an important measure to promote the soul casting and education work under the background of the new media era.Therefore,we must pay attention to and actively respond to it,deeply investigate the current situation of the construction,deeply analyze the existing problems,and explore a practical way to build it.This study takes the concept and characteristics of new media and "micro ideological and political education" discourse as a logical starting point,summaring Marxist classical writers’ thoughts on discourse power,the thought of discourse power in ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China,especially Xi Jinping’s the network discourse power theory,learning from Foucault’s "power discourse" theory,Bakhtin’s "dialogue theory" and Lippmann’s "pseudo-environment" theory resources.On this basis,it elaborates the far-reaching significance of the construction of the discourse right of "micro ideological and political education" in the new media era in maintaining the ideological security of colleges and universities,deepening the function of network culture to educate people,spreading the positive energy of socialism,and improving the effectiveness of network ideological and political education.In the new media era,the expression platform of the discourse subject is more abundant,the communication paradigm of the discourse subject is innovated,and the communication space of the discourse content is expanded,creating opportunities for the construction.It also leads to the decline of the influence,control and radiation of educators’ "micro ideological and political education" discourse power.Through questionnaires and interviews,we can find that colleges and universities have made some achievements in paying attention to the guidance of online public opinion,educators’ multi-channel and multi form release of "micro ideological and political education" information,and the educatees’ awareness of "micro ideological and political education" discourse power has been enhanced.However,there are problems such as insufficient cooperation of discourse subjects,inadequate application of discourse carriers,lack of living discourse content,and difficulty in supporting the guarantee mechanism.The reasons for these are mainly the loss of discourse subjects,weak construction of discourse carriers,lack of innovation in discourse content,and insufficient guarantee mechanism.With the goal of enhancing the influence of mainstream ideology discourse and cultivating new people to take on great responsibilities,this study follows the principles of combining direction with openness,combining modernity with historicity,combining theory with practice,and proposes the specific implementation path according to the ideological infiltration education method,online practice training method,network example demonstration method,online self-education method,and online public opinion monitoring method.By strengthening the ideological leading role of the Party,strengthening the education and guidance of college teachers,and improving college students’ own network literacy,we can coordinate the micro discourse subject to stimulate the joint force of education.Through teaching and educating people,build an education platform,adheres to people-oriented,build a service platform,insist on unity of knowledge and practice,build a practice platform to explore the construction of micro discourse carrier to improve the platform construction.By adhering to the correct political direction,criticizing the wrong social trend of thought,grasping the students’ psychological needs,excavating excellent traditional culture,and elaborately setting up online topics to optimize the quality of micro discourse content to improve students’ identity.Improving the mechanism construction of organizational guarantee,material guarantee,technical guarantee and system guarantee to improve the construction ability. |
