People's quality of life in the continuous improvement of health awareness has gradually increased,and now for the understanding of health has risen from the traditional disease-free to the physiological,psychological,social adaptation,moral four dimensions;from the original static state to dynamic Development,it can be said that health is complex and changeable.People's life in the pursuit of health,the arrival of the information age,people's awareness of health more and more broad,but often in practical action with the requirements of health away.In addition to the disease of the incoming,from the daily life of the various irrational behavior are the culprit of health hazards,health is always a hot issue.People are trying to promote the formation of healthy behavior,change the behavior of harm to health,and the actual operation,often subject to too much from the subjective and objective factors of the impact of interruption in the field of health research on behavior changes are often from Medical intervention means,or the form of health education.In recent years the rise of the gamification,in all walks of life which have a very good practice results,to play its great value and potential.Gamification in the promotion of internal drive,play a subjective initiative,improve the user experience has its unique advantages.This topic is proposed through the game design to intervene in the field of health behavior,in order to promote the formation of health behavior for the development of the game in the field of health to provide new opportunities and new ideas.The research of the subject is based on the research object health behavior and game design theory,the current situation of the study,the formation of behavior is divided into five stages,through the development of qualitative research and quantitative research to achieve the different stages of behavior affect the formation of healthy behavior,The reason of the process and the need of the human health needs the transformation of the game needs,the use of DMC gamification structure system to build a healthy behavior promotion as the goal of the game design dynamic model to analyze the five dynamic elements in different stages of application,Health behavior at different stages of the promotion of healthy behavior to promote the phased game design strategy.
