Innovation Of Students' Affair Management In Universities Based On Student Development

With the deepening of social reform,higher education in China is developing with a tendency of popularization and internationalization.Under the circumstance of "double top"construction of universities and according to the fundamental task of college education goal which concentrates on morality education,a mechanism of education in management?education in service?education in practice and education in organization is forming.students'affair management in universities and colleges may be constructed based on students'development.Meanwhile,highligh the important carrier role of daily work of ideological and political education and expand new field of ideological and political education of college students.This paper takes "student development" as the core guiding thought in research of students' affair management in universities and colleges.Methods of literature analysis and case study of famous universities are utilized and four periods of students ' affair management in American universities and colleges are listed in this paper.Comprehensive review of the college students' affair management in Chinese colleges and problems in reality are also mentioned.Based on the sum-up of successful experiences and enlightenment of American college students ' affair management and interviews with experienced college counselors,this paper analyzes problems existing in college students' affair management in china according to local conditions.By methods of historical analysis and induction method and three dimensions of student development concept,combined with official We-Chat account of several typical universities and others which concentrates on ideological education research,strengthening the power ideological and political education in traditional way;furthermore,proposing countermeasures and implementation of college students ' affair management development.Then,trying to explore new era of college students ' affair management in the field of "student development" of ideological and political education,indicating the advantages of teacher-leading,student self-managing and full-time education mode of Chinese higher education.According to the theory of "Human" and "Education" of Marx's philosophy,this paper tries to find out the theoretical trajectory of "student development",which based on the theories of psychology,sociology and ecology,found the footprint of "student development",formed dimensions of "student development" of overall development?free development and sustainable development.Combined with era requirement,concentration of student development,promoting the idea of students ' affair management in a refreshing way;promoting "one-stop" students' affair and development center in practical level;structuring an internet front desk of ideological and political education both on-line and off-line with the help of new media technology and big data platform in work carrier level;shaping training team to develop comprehensive and individual growth of talent students based on the carrier--students ' affair management in organization level,promoting the all-round development college ideological and political education.
