With the development of knowledge economy and the progress of science and technology, the society has higher requirements for the training of qualified personnel.The emergence of the full time professional degree can further contribute to cultivate applied talents with outstanding knowledge, broad vision and high level for economic development and social progress so that it will comply with the time development.Professionalism is the essential attribute of professional degree. Vocational ability comes into being and promotes in practice. Practice teaching is the main way to train graduate students' practical ability, application ability and creative ability, and is also an important component of graduate education. After nearly 8 years of development,the enrollment of full-time professional postgraduates has been increasing year by year and its talent training mode has been widely recognized by all walks of life. The expansion of scale and the demand of new talents for economic development have brought new challenges to the teaching quality of full-time professional degree. The quality of practice teaching bears the responsibility of training the professional ability of full-time graduates, which actual highlights the essence of professional degree.Paying attention to the research of practice teaching system and comprehensively grasping the factors affecting the quality of practice teaching have important influence on the quality of full-time postgraduates.The writing main line in this article is based on background research on the selected topic, the basic theory research, the question research and the countermeasure research. According to research method of “the whole to the local,the basic theory research takes the "vocational ability" as the logical starting point and the attribution point of the practice teaching system construction. we also proposed essential factors in the entire teaching system: the teaching target system, the teaching content system, the practice teaching management system, the practice teaching evaluation system, and the practice teaching guarantee system. Study on practice teaching has analyzed a set of problems in full-time professional postgraduates in the perspective of the elements of practice teaching: the lack of practical concept; out of the way in full-time postgraduates; the rigid teaching content without reflecting the cultivation characteristics; the scale and quality of instructors cannot to meet the needs of the development of teaching practice; teaching management and security system can not guarantee the quality of practice teaching. In the final article,countermeasures, as the the core part, put forward relative measures on the operation of the system of practical teaching problems: 1.clearing aims in occupation ability training,;2.practice-oriented teaching content;3.strengthening the construction of tutor team;4.increasing the practice base;5 .paying attention to the construction of management mechanism and the safeguard mechanism; 6. improving the practice of teaching evaluation to construct the practical teaching system and ensure the quality of practice teaching.Practice teaching system features in the extensive sociability and complexity.The construction of practice teaching system need integrate educational and social resources and participation of many parties to promote the practice teaching system more perfect, scientific and standardized.
