In the new period,countries need not only a large number of high-level and applied talents to master science and technology.And put forward higher and more diversified requirements for the quality and specification of these talents.In order to meet the urgent need of the country for high-quality applied talents,In 2009,the Ministry of Education decided to train full-time graduate students with master's degree in education on a large scale,The enrollment target is the fresh undergraduate graduates.The undergraduates who have just graduated have less practical experience,poor application ability and weak ability to adapt to the society.The most important part of full-time education master's training is practical teaching.To improve the ability of practice,application and innovation,Therefore,practical teaching for full-time education masters is particularly important.This research uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,systematically combs the present situation and problems of full-time education master's practice teaching in three universities in Guangxi.And combined with relevant theories.Some suggestions are put forward to promote the practical teaching of full-time education master.This research mainly introduces the following four aspects:First of all,it mainly introduces the research background,significance and research methods of the thesis;combs and evaluates the existing literature research;defines the concept of full-time education master's,practical teaching,and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of practical teaching.And full-time education master practical teaching connotation has a profound understanding.Secondly,the research introduces the time of establishment of full-time education master's degree and its annual enrollment in Guangxi,and has acomprehensive understanding of its development.Then,the author selects three schools in Guangxi,which are Guangxi normal University,Guangxi teachers education University and Guangxi University for nationalities,based on the questionnaire survey of full-time master of education in three universities,namely Guangxi normal University,Guangxi normal University,Guangxi normal University and Guangxi University for nationalities.Using SPSS software to process the recovered data,analyze and sort out the satisfaction of Guangxi full-time education master in practical teaching,and then combine the questionnaire survey with student interviews,from the classroom,students,This research summarizes the problems existing in the practical teaching of full-time education masters in Guangxi from four aspects of curriculum teaching,organization,management and guarantee,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,from four aspects of teachers,students,curriculum teaching,organization,management and security,the author puts forward some concrete suggestions for the improvement of full-time education master's practical teaching.For teachers,it is necessary to set up a team of tutors outside school,perfect the system of double tutors,and strengthen the role of teachers in the process of practical teaching.The students should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,construct the practice teaching,and arrange the practice teaching reasonably to arouse the students' interest in the practice teaching.In the aspect of curriculum teaching,it is necessary to reform and innovate the practical teaching form,to explore new teaching methods,to realize the diversification of teachers' teaching methods,and to adjust the proportion of curriculum setting to enrich the content of practical teaching.In the aspect of organization,management and guarantee,it is necessary to establish diversified practical teaching bases with discipline characteristics,to perfect the evaluation index system of practical teaching,to increase the importance of full-time master's degree in education and to increase the investment of practical teaching funds.Strengthen the construction of management rules and regulations to ensure smooth progress.Only in this way can we improve the present situation of Guangxi full-time education master's practical teaching,improve the full-time education master's practical teaching ability,and train more high-quality applied talents for the society.
