| Since the 21 st century,the aging of the population has been increasing.It is an important strategy to improve the quality of life of the elderly and to promote the sustainable development of the society.It is an important form of the education to meet the needs and to improve the living conditions of the elderly.The elderly are facing with the realistic appeal of vocational education compensation,whether for the manifestation of the elderly’ own value or the need of social development.The thesis is based on the actual investigation of elderly university in Hangzhou,and this research is based on the in-depth of the elderly’ vocational skills compensation,which with the population aging as the research background.From the perspective of successful aging,the thesis deeply analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of the elderly’ vocational skills compensation,combining new change and new practice in the process of population aging in China,taking reference from the compensation measures of elderly vocational education in foreign countries,and this thesis following the principle of "to focus on the investigate status of skills compensation – to analysis related theory – to survey present situation – to put forward suggestions and strategies".After thorough in-depth investigation,extensive interview and analysis the survey data,the skills compensation problems of elderly university mainly lies in the following four aspects: First,the concept are outdated cognition is fuzzy,thus limits the carrying out of the elderly vocational skills compensation.Second,the rules of what are old,the angle are limited,lacking in the law to protect the rights of educating the elderly.Third,the system is not effective for education,the model is simple,restrain the extension of the elderly vocational skills compensation.Foreign professional skills compensation model for the elderly are the United States "wall" compensation model,the Spanish "custom" compensation model,Japan "guaranteed" compensation model,and South Korea "full" compensation model.Accordingly,in the optimization strategy of skills compensation of the elderly lies in the following aspects: First,deepen the understanding to make people to know the elderly educational compensations and create a social atmosphere to promote the idea change of the elderly;Second,Joint the legislation to provide policy and institutional guarantee;Third,enrich the content and carry out multiplex mode to fuse university for the elderly and community school.Forth,build a system,form a multi-level vocational skills training system.Fifth,take the protection of investment,and increase vocational skills training funds. |
